I wish I could give this store a -5. Boosts customer service is one of the worst, but after speaking to them on the phone they sent me to a store to verify my account and get a port code to transfer out. I went to the store and the ill informed lady (lack of a better term) told me sho couldn’t help me. I had to pay her $44 in cash for her to even access my account. She insisted my service was suspended for non payment (true) and that I had to pay for the service first (not true). I tried to explain to her that the service is pre paid and I didn’t need to do pay for service for May to transfer it somewhere else. I mean that’s what pre paid means! Apparently, she’s too ignorant on how her company does business. Boost should be embarrassed that this is the only employee in a store whose job is to sell their product. No one would want to oh for a month they couldn’t use. Please don’t go with Boost, but if you do drive an extra 1000 miles to any store that isn’t North Fort Myers! And in hopes the opposite of employee the month gets to read this, I got my phone number transferred to another company without having to pay a darn cent! Learn your job!

The Mexican guy with the beard needs to be fired rudest human I’ve ever met while trying to spend over a thousands dollars at this store….. He seems bored or depressed rolls his eyes when you talk has the thousand yard stare like if you’re tired buddy take a nappy poo I don’t know if he’s having problems at home but he needs to fix his attitude at work that’s TWICE IVE HAD TO DEAL WITH THAT GUY AND BOTH VISITS WHERE THE SAME GO WORK IN A WAREHOUSE WITH THAT ATTITUDE

Third time I went by. Online shows it's open until 7. Today at 5:50, Store was closed. Can't pay a bill when the store isn't open after work hours as posted. Most people follow Google Maps.

I was a boost customer for over 12 years with no problems. I went into this location to ask about unlocking my old handset. The guy Gage working there Was extremely rude and patronizing. You should maybe look for a different job that does not involve customer service. Rolling your eyes and giving wishy washy information is not good enough. I will never go back to this store It is a shame after twelve years of good experiences, there has to be one bad apple. And he told me even though I was a customer for 12 years that he has no record of me ever existing in their system!!!

Walked into the retail store. Very clean environment. Was greeted by Victor. This gentleman went above and beyond to help me with my wireless needs. The best part about this interaction is that the whole time Victor answered all my questions and felt him wanting to help. Thanks again.

Bad service empty no Client's. I when today try to reconnect a phone charged alot.also we had pin number didn't give me account number to have and for me to change to Metro PCs.metro better service better prices .don't go here to boost bad very bad.
