Luis H. was very helpful this evening; Getting ready for a trip and realized someone stole my hitch insert from my motorhome.
Luis was happy to help me pair something together since 2.5” ball inserts aren’t readily available on the shelf.
Luis is an important asset to the Bayshore AutoZone because it’s a breath of fresh air knowing that someone finally works there who cares and is knowledgeable.

I couldn’t ask for better service. This guy is incredible. He did everything I needed without question. I don’t think I’ve ever had better customer service.! I will continue to come to this place as long as George is around to help me and his Assistant Joe! Definitely will let everyone know all my friends to ask for George from now on

Anthony gives out great customer he is my go to. He always have my parts ready to go and I haven’t had a problem with him yet he is always so patient with me and the others customers whenever it is full. But I’m grateful to have a experience like this I look forward to seeing him again.

Employee by the name of Joe helped me out today. He's a young man who does not fit the stereotype of "today's young lazy adults". He was kind, thorough, and congenial. Tested and replaced my battery, then also tested the alternator at my request. Excellent customer service, thank you Joe!

This store is always the one i got to when i need anything for my yoda, they have everything i need and the person who helped me, Anthony was so helpful and nice. “Do or do not there is no try” and this store most definitely does it!

Not very knowledgeable, they sold me the wrong bulbs. They couldn't care less about the inconvenience. The part I needed was actually cheaper, so they shorted me money but said it was the same price.
