Called Chris about a speed code change for my Club Car. Stopped by so Chris could gather the info for the change. He ended up diving right in to make the change.15 minutes later all good and out the door with my Club car doing 19 mph vs 15. Great service!!

New Interstate batteries and new upper bushings in my 2015 Clubcar.They tested my charger and updated it. Aligned the front end. Now the cart runs like brand new again. 100% satisfied customer.?

Hurc Ian wrecked us. Chris Frick and team were a bright spot for us. Called and our flooded cart was hauled by this great business to estimate repair and cost. Chris was so encouraging! For 6years he's been our guy. Never let us down once. So glad he and his company is part of our Florida memories.Sure glad we found A Custom. While friends have to battle with their cart companies, A Custom is ALWAYS there for us! Even now when our warranty is up. The custom paint job they did for us is perfection. Thanks Chris and staff.

Another angel sent my way! This is where you go if you want a Ford style golf cart! I love them for a different reason,though. My mom had been renting for years. She couldnt afford a new one and neither could I but I wanted to get her and my sister one for Christmas so was looking for a used one. I gave him the price I could afford. He thought he may have one coming in on a trade-in in that range. My heart sank when my mom went to see it and asked for a back seat to be ordered. He managed it on the high end plus a few hundred..I had to wait a few weeks but well worth it. The new batteries will be easy to maintain.The back seat was the kind that folded down with a place for feet! Gorgeous! He was the first shop I called but figured with custom experience..I could perhaps add that seat or a radio later for her. I must say..I think its one of the best carts in the park! It had the curtains, blinkers, even air! If you have patience and willing to wait..I would go nowhere else. The charger failed us but they picked it up immediately for a quick replacement. I realize when we buy used we may have problems in the future..but with the quick diagnosis and charger replacement..our golfcart should last for many years to come with natural wear and tear maintenance! They have pick up and drop off service! For the price she was renting..it will pay for itself in a few years..Thank you for a beautiful cart. When I went to insure it, my State Farm agent said she also had 2 Yamaha carts and that he gave me a great price. She didnt know where to go for maintenance so they picked up my insurance agent now!!

Had a tire to be Mounted on a rim for the golf cart, went to custom cart guy took care of me, I ended buying an extra tire, he gave me a great price. I recommend them.
