The employees stole a $300 scratch off lottery ticket from my 83 yr old mother and gave her $3 ,, they are thief’s everyone of them ,, then they couldn’t show us the ticket, liars ,, I’m really pissed off ?

Customers smoking at the pumps and an employee emptying the garbage cans Had a lighted cigarette hanging from his mouth while people were out there pumping gas he was emptying the garbage cans. That's just an accident waiting to happen. It's bad enough that customers do it let alone employees.

So this bigger black guy in there is out of control first with my wife and than turning a old lady away telling her to dump her ice and than once i pay saying just ask to get the ice. I cant tell if hes the boss or not but this has to be fixed or ill have to act accordingly. I hate leaving a review but im grown and trying to not go down to peoples level. Just because someone shows up to work doesn’t mean they should work.

Coffee was all empty and what little bit was left was cold, and there was no creamer. When we asked the cashier he told us "I've only been here an hour" and shrugged us off. Very poor customer service, and definitely not what I'd expect from a 711.

Cashier refilled the diet cokes without us asking and upsold us on pizza. Very friendly as well. 10/10 will return!
