I have been coming to this groomer for years and now that it’s new ownership there are issues. A) the girl who answers the phone does not listen to what you say. She keeps repeating questions that you have answered clearly.
B) I called a few times yesterday and no call back or answer. I left messages on the voicemail and no call back. C) the lady who answered asks me if he’s a yorki when he is not. Why is she not looking at my file properly. D) She hangs up on me when I ask her why she would ask if he is a yorki? I gave her all the information needed.

This place is fantastic. Every now and then, I pamper my cat Max here at Magic, and he always comes home looking good and smells lovely. Although my furry baby sometimes gives them hell, they always work around his tantrum and send him all cute. I recommend Magic Grooming & Pet Resort 10/10

First time taking my 10 month old puppy to Magic Grooming Pet & Resort for a full service and a total disappointment. When I went to look for him I saw him shaking and hiding, I felt something bad happened. He didn't eat for two days. He didn't bark, he was sad, scared and his genitals were irritated. He wasn't literally my happy everyday dog! I made my claim to show me the cameras and I'm still waiting for their response. Please! If you love your pets DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS PLACE!!! I went in August 2024.

I have been taking my fur baby here to get bathed since i got her around 6 months ago. Cynthia is amazing with my fur baby and always leaves her extra beautiful. Cynthia deserves 10 stars.

Kingsley deserved better!!!!
I am disappointed Kingsley died on April 19th, 2023 in their care and they were negligent in getting him the attention he needed when they knew he needed help.

Very disappointed in the way this location failed to follow their protocols when an emergency situation happened with a family members dog, who is now deceased. Not blaming them for the issue that arose but we are deeply upset as they were negligent in making sure he received emergency care he needed, in a timely manne.

KINGSLEY DESERVED BETTER!!!
This groomer killed a dog. They had over an hour to get help for him but instead YELLED AT HIM WHILE HE WAS HAVING A SEIZURE! Didn’t provide water even after knowing he was in distress. Didn’t call his owner until he had been in distress for an hour. They could have saved him! RIP KINGSLEY! Please don’t take your pet here!

Do NOT leave your pet in there care. Worse place ever.

I am disappointed and heartbroken. On April 19th, 2023, dear pet Kingsley passed away while under the care of the staff. I believe that the staff were negligent in providing him with the attention he needed. They also failed to give him any water despite being there for over an hour and a half after his owner had dropped him off.

Made an appointment for 9:00 am showed up at 8:45 am as I was told if I did that he would be the first dog. They told me he would be ready by 12:00 or before. At 12:15pm they called me to tell me they were running late and he wouldn’t be ready until 1:30pm. When I arrived to the location they told me to bring him back during the week because they could get two knots out. The haircut was bad not what I asked for and the dog was stressed out. Not what I have experienced at other grooming places. Also when they called initially they told her not in a crate but in the patio outside! My dog is kitten and outside did. When I asked then why he would be outside they retracted and said he was not and that they were playing with him the entire time. I would never trust this establishment with my dog again.

New client and will be coming back ! The blonde girl in the reception is very sweet , I ask how I wanted the hair cut and my baby came out great , very professional and attentive ! Five stars for me !
