I have been with Elite since 2009 with dr Rios for that long . I was not advised that my dr wasn’t with them any longer. They will not give me an appointmentI am out of medication and won’t give me an appointment with anyone till January 4th. Almost a month out. Office manager Vivian Argais should be reported as incompetent and violating the right for patient to receive their much needed medication. I was told to go to ER for attention.

I'm 91 years old & an Neuro-Psychologist. Ergo. because of my age, I don't drive. I take an Uber to my appointmentsI didn't see my doctors. I lived on South Miami Beach.I got a message 3 times that I had an appointment at Elite at Notice Bay Village. All 3 times the appointments were canceled without notification.I expected to see Steven Schner, M.D. I never did!

I was so horrified at how this team treated a patient today that I had to walk out. I will NEVER step foot in there again and neither should you!!! A professional woman came in with what appeared to be a cold. This team asked her if she had COVID. She told them she was sure she did NOT. They actually REFUSED to help her. They said that they had other patients, however, beside me, there was no one else there. She asked to speak to a doctor and they went to the back then a lady named Vivian came out and told her she had to go to the emergency room. They actually REFUSED to see her!! I felt as though I was in a third world country!!! I could not believe that they refused this poor girl who was clearly not feeling well and was literally crying. This place is HORRIBLE. Choose another provider- unbelievable!!!! Shame on you Vivian and team! Shame on you!!!

No stars - this place is an Elite Hoax!! Don't go here if you value your health and your life!! I went to the North Bay Village office as a walk-in patient with cold symptoms. The front desk assistant took all of my medical information and asked if I had COVID. Despite me telling her I tested negative, she still made me wear a mask. After waiting an hour, an "assistant office manager" came out and said I had to go to urgent care, they could not treat me because their schedule was full, even though I and another person were the only ones in the waiting room. When I asked her where all the patients were, she changed her story and said they could not treat me because of my symptoms. I asked to speak to a doctor, nurse or office manager "Vivian" but after waiting an hour and a half, no one came out. The same "Assistant Office Manager" (who would not give her name) told me to go to the emergency room or urgent care...FOR A COLD!!!I've been with this center for over a year and have NEVER seen a doctor in person or On Demand because they either cancel your appointments, completely disregard On Demand sessions or screen your calls and tell you no one is available. The doctors are complicit in these practices as they are more interested in making money from Medicare than offering customer service. There's nothing Elite here; it's more like a third-world country when you are refused service and turned away for cold symptoms. No one takes accountability for this horrific treatment of patients and based on all the other negative reviews, it won't be long before this scam is shut down for good!! Run for your life!!

My mother had to go in for emergency surgery. I contacted Elite health where she has her primary at the NBV office to get her Dr’s approval. I received a call back 2 days later advising that the doctor had approved the surgery. They were fully aware that the surgery would take place the following Monday. I get to the surgical center and they had not sent out the clearance. The surgical center was on hold with them for an hour trying to get a hold of the manager. I was also on the other line trying to see if they could fax the clearance. I had to call about 4-5 times to try to get this clearance, each time I was on hold for over 20 mins at times almost an hour. The manager could never come to the phone and they just kept saying it’s “being worked on”… we were at the surgical center since 9:15am, ended up leaving around 1pm after waiting endless hours with my diabetic mother, no food due to the surgery that they would be performing, nor water! As she felt ill we had to leave and I am still waiting for the clearance for the emergency surgery…you can’t get through to the office directly, it’s always the call center and nothing can be done! My mother loves Dr. Rios, he has always been professional with her. The staff and service of this place is very unprofessional, and negligent. Having a sick patient wait for hours for an emergency surgery is unacceptable and malpractice. Still awaiting the managers call / email which I had requested she give me a call. Had to send her an email. I’m sure they will brush it off as well.

I just called today to request an appointment with an assigned doctor by my insurance company without my consent and was informed that they are not taken new patients for Dr Schnuer instead an insinuated offering of seeing a Nurse Practitioner. Who in hell want to go to a nurse practitioner? In top of it they were snobby about it. Like?”Pardon me”where is the Grey Poupon!

Completely awful. I have a patient that is in a desperate situation and cannot be in his home. He needs to be in a facility and the office will not help me with the required forms. It's been over a month. They are so awful, awful, awful. Do not go here.

Terrible service. My last three appointments have been cancelled by the office the day before my date. Plus, the doctors are never available. They schedule you with the nurse every time. Avoid at all costs.

Been a patient here for several years. The doctors do a decent job the administrative folks are terrible do not follow up leave you hanging on a repeated basis. You have to talk to an answering service you can never talk to the office directly. On a customer service basis it’s a very poor operation. Only reason I continue to go is I do like the medical treatment I get but increasingly the bad administrative operation is making me think twice about changing to an operation that has better follow up more concerned administrators easier access to communications

Cancelling all my upcoming appointments for testing. Nurse Practitioner who saw me is a disaster waiting to happen. Shoddy patient/customer care. This place is a money machine posing as a Health Care Center. The only patients that count are those using their Concierge Service.

You make an appointment for 11:45 and they don't even take you until 12:45 however I arrived at my appointment at 11:30 and at 11:35 I was at the business desk paying my bill. After all the wait they said that the appointment was made with the nurse practitioner and not the docttor which was not true. I specifically asked for my. doctor by name. I took the day off work to make this appointment and now they are asking me to reschedule! what kind of service is that? if you make an appointment here make sure you get written confirmation because this was not the first time.

Horrible experience. Beware they trick you into seeing a nurse practitioner rather than an actual doctor. I called your north bay location and was given an appointment with an actual doctor, but was then told that since I am a new patient I could not see an actual doctor, and I had to see a nurse practitioner as my doctor. Even though there was an opening with an actual doctor! Iwas told this is normal practice at your office and have to choose a nurse practitioner as my ongoing physician!!!I consider this as tricking and forcing patients to see a nurse practitioner rather than an actual MD.I asked to speak to the office manager and not surprisingly told they were not available. The office was happy to cancel my 2 appointments and we’re ok with me not visiting Elite Health, and cancelled my appointments.Unfortunately I will not be visiting your office. My experience was definitely not a pleasant one. It seems that your office is ok with losing me and my friends and family as patients. Would be great to get your feedback
