I’ve been living here for about 7 months. Yes it’s an older building and it’s undergoing renovation, but the management and staff are friendly and the residents are as well. Airbnb people are never a huge problem. For the location and views, it is a good value. Can’t wait to see what the building looks like once Renos are complete.

Once I got there and inspected Apt 317 had little bugs crawling everywhere. I only video one after killing multiple. The owner of the unit, Mona, was rude and disrespectful. I had to go to another hotel.

I stayed here overnight in a studio condo. This is a good central location between downtown and the beaches. Nice views, lots of parking, pool and friendly staff. It's an older building though.

Do not rent or buy here it's a broken down old building run by a phantom/criminal management company. The whole building is used as an Airbnb hotel now and all kinds of random people come in and out with no security. There's only one elevator which is broken and there's no parking just a dirt field.

Elevators are always broken and one of them is permanently shut down, no parking lot just a dirt and mud space which will make your car and shoes dirty everyday. The pipes are old and the water comes put black alot of the time! See the photos attached. The pool has also been closed down by the building department so no pool. There have been so called "repairs" going on for 2 years but they dont have any intention of ever actually finishing them as the town wont issue permits. Not worth it at any price.

This place is a typical one or two star condominium that is 40 years old and many of the units have not been updated much. The parking lot is gravel so it's very difficult to call a suitcase across. There was construction on the front of the building and the driveway in front that caused it to be very difficult to enter the building at all.
