AVOID THIS STORE. The store manager threatened me with physical violence after politely asking him to explain why I was being overcharged on my bill for a purchase of a new phone he earlier said would cost substantially less. He apparently didn’t like being caught conducting unethical selling practices. I returned the phone for a refund. Verizon gave only lip service to his actions and stated they had no control over the store and could do nothing about it. I later found out this store is run by Russell Cellular. They offered an apology but did not acknowledge or investigate the actions that were witnessed by two others in the store. Because of the actions by this store manager and the inaction of Verizon and Russell Cellular, I dropped Verizon after 13 years and went to T-Mobile. AVOID THIS STORE.

caution!!!! this is not a Verizon corporate store. I went in switching form att to verizon.4 phones and an iPad. After 2 hours in the store i left with only 1 working phone because it was a new number. Only after they told me to go to a corporate store to solve the problem[only a mile further down the road] i then found out i didn't get the verizon deal witch was new phone ipad and watch for free.they told me i cant get it now because i used russel cellular. I was told my bill would be under 300/mo. After credits. After 4 months of switching i have paid over 400 and countless calls to verizon to fix russel problems. Zero help from russel

DO NoT purchase from this store . The parking lot is empty for a reason! We purchased a WIfi Verizon box here , 2 phones and 2 Apple watches . We needed to return Box and they refused to take it back, the sales person never explained options with our “promotion” watch and I almost ended up pay for a 400.00 watch, after numerous calls to corporate I finally got it straightened out . I’ve been a Verizon cust. For 16 yrs and NEVER had any issues and until now. This is a privately owned store which we did not know go down the road on 41 in Venice and use the Corporate store you will get much better service! This store should be closed down! What a night mare.

The best experience I’ve had at a Verizon store. They were ready for us at our appointment time, helped get us a free watch with our new phone, and double checked all our plans to make sure we weren’t overpaying. They were friendly and professional. There were two gentleman helping us, one was training, the other was polite and helpful in training him.

The guys are very friendly and helpful, but I purchased a plan that had Hotspots for a business They were horrible and nothing could be done to fix it except replace them with phones or other devices. I would not recommend Verizon Business to anyone as the service is not the same and the office has not been able to do anything about it. At the office, we joke and call Verizon Jetpacks the most expensive paperweights. The phones have lots of deadzones too and I live in Tampa area, but work all throughout the state. I hope Verizon get's back to doing a good job soon because this is meh.
