I rented a storage space from David at his Colonia ln address I was there since 1997 long before he owned the property I moved to North Florida in 2018 .while I was gone I was moving my stuff in the process he had access to the unit and allowed the homeless people he had working for him steal my stuff including a 1964 Plymouth tools lots of box steel tubing . adding up to 6500.00 I did file a police report but that goes nowhere
I did get the remainder of my stuff .but he was no where in site for the process .
He had his employees there . Afraid to face me .

David and Dallen did a great job hanging our dinette light. Very professional but easy to talk to about height, bulbs and the dimmer on the light switch. Would definitely use them again.

While renovating I ran into an electrical issue I needed help with. Believing I was gonna spend hundreds to deal with my issue I stopped into Venice Lighting and met David. Right away David understood my problem and went out of his way to help me. His knowledge and patience saved the day. I tried to offer David payment for his time and he wouldn’t take it. In today’s world when every penny counts it’s a big deal when someone simply offers their valuable time and experience to be kind. Folks if you need lighting Venice Lighting is where you need to go. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Just finished having an installation of glass art that I found at Venice Lighting. I had this idea for over 6 month and Venice Lighting was able to make my vision a reality. Levi did a wonderful job of instaling and he was patient as we together figured out the exact placement of the pieces. I am thrilled with the pieces and their willingness to work with me on the design. Thank you Robyn and David for your design input too. I also replaced several lighting fixtures that I found at their store and I love them . I have aditional lighting and fan replacement needs and look forward to working with then again.

I was not given what I was promised by the owners of the company, David and Robyn. There is a financial agreement that has not been resolved. I’m expecting this situation to be made right. The deal we had was in writing and agreed upon by all parties. I will update this review once the owners decide to do the right thing and keep their word. Honesty is still a quality most customers look for in a business. I sincerely hope that I can change this review in the near future, but at this time my rating of this business and how they conduct themselves is poor.

I cannot say enough great things about Venice Lighting and Cynthia. She is a true professional and helped guide us through selection, scale and installation. Cynthia helped make my mom's house a home. Pictures do not do it justice.

We have been to several lighting providers throughout the County and chose Venice Home & Lighting for our new pendant lights, dining room light and great room ceiling fan. We worked Carolyn Gallo, who was professional, friendly and very helpful, making the purchase process painless. They have a great selection of all types of lights and room fans. Well worth the visit. Highly recommended!!!

Worst customer service ever! Beautiful lighting and furniture but owner is not into customer satisfaction. Purchased most of my fixtures and dining room table and living room cabinet from them. Had an issue where the cabinet smelled like smoke called him and he never did anything about same. I unfortunately fell in love with a hallway fixture and purchased again from them. Not cheap fixtures also. When installer came to put it up he was training a guy they also had a hard time as the light was too close to ceiling I had to call design center who figured out they didn’t have the right extender. That same day my husband asked them to raise the dining room fixture a bit as he felt it was too low which btw is strings installer told him sorry I would have to charge you if I do it. Are you kidding? We had purchased that fixture from them why wouldn’t you adjust it? Also they came back with extender and wanted to charge us more installation fees which we refused to pay as it was their error that they didn’t have the right extender and then it took longer the first time training the other guy. Unfortunately Ian occurred and we lost the middle pendant and dining room lights to water damage. We paid again for a pendant and the dining room light and the owner David charged us $300.00 more than what we originally paid three years prior. No loyalty to past customers for sure. Then when putting up the pendant we found the extender was different than other two pendants and it had more vents on top. I called Venice Lighting right away asking for David but he was on vacation. Spoke to an installer explained that this pendant did not match the other two and that I wanted the owner to call me. He assured me he would and I’m still waiting for that call…. Buyer beware
