I come here not first time already many many time!and last week i am still come here to print and never got any charge if you email them to print. Please be aware, this store started charging $3 for sending them an email to print. They just lost me as their longtime customer.If you want to use a paid email, please write it and paste it in front before someone prints it !!!!

Please be aware, this store started charging ($3) for sending them an email to print. The print charge is separate. Nice way to increase the revenue by charging for things that do not cost them. They just lost me as their longtime customer.

September 7th 2023. (DONT GO)I went into ups store in nokomis at Publix mall returning a lipstick ? to Amazon.I don’t have a printer (Cartridges are too expensive for me) had a lady helping me we use their email address on their computer it didn’t go through (3) times she says do you have Wi-Fi we go to Wi-Fi it was disconnected so we turn it on it’s still not going through!!!I said can a supervisor helps us.At this point I’ve been in the store for 10 minutes maybe longer, I just got off work I’m exhausted.Now another man comes from behind the counter handed me my phone back handed me the package & says you need a label so I said I don’t have a printer he said you need a label so I go to sit down to call Amazon to try to help them to get me a label.A woman I don’t know says you know they’re really nice here you shouldn’t give them a hard time and I told her to mind her business as she’s walking out she says it to a guy that works there. Again 4 people working there. Bottom line is the owner goes outside and calls a sheriffs office. Now I drive down to Kohl’s 90 seconds it took me for the girl to help me and I walk out with my label she says you know the UPS store could’ve done this for you .

This place doesn’t answer their phone. Was trying to see what copy sizes they offer before driving there. They lost my business.

The owners of this store have always provided excellent customer service for many years! They went above and beyond always and now have exceeded with their kindness. I asked them to teach our children on box shipping, and measurements. They took the time on a Thursday to teach the kids and tour the kids of the store. These folks are such a blessing to the community! Wow.

We love the store. Having a UPS store right down the street is super convenient, especially for compulsive Amazon shoppers like we are. With as much as we buy, some things have to go back and the two owners at The UPS store are super efficient and friendly and helpful. We also have packages that need to go out from time to time and some notarizing here and there and it's great to have a local place where we can take care of all those items and know they are well done.

I go in to ship a small gadget from Amazon, back to Amazon and this old dude with long grey hair rolls his eyes at me...I'm like o.k. He's like, what that didn't come in a package? I said well originally but it broke after I wore it once. I said, well Amazon said you don't need a package. He rolls his eyes again and doesn't confirm the policy. I'm sorry you had to deal with a kind customer that was actually no hassle to simply scan my bar code and take my small item. Quit your job if it is that miserable and get a hair cut! That hair is gross.
