By far the worst grooming service I’ve ever seen. I couldn’t believe what they did to my poor baby when I came to pick him up. I genuinely don’t understand how showing them a picture and even choosing the blade size would give them the idea of shaving my dog. Such uneven work and all of his coat is gone. Never again. I didn’t even say anything just so i could take my dog out right away. They clearly have no idea what they’re doing. My dog had no knots and just got a haircut not too long ago from a different place so again I have no idea why they resulted in just shaving him completely.

I took my Poochon there for a grooming. Every part of her was shaved. Horrible! Groomers are unskilled. 3 employees surround me wjile they held my dog and said you have to sign that you accept the "groom?" I signed just to get out of there. She had some Matt's but some of them could have been brushed out. She was unrecognizable. Also prices for supplies very high.

I had to return an indoor bark controller that didn't work for my very loud obnoxious Corgis. The cashier and manager were very friendly. They made my return very easy. I will go back again.

This store is tucked way back in the corner of the Publix plaza at Laurel and 41. I went in there for the first time the other day and it was such a pleasant surprise. The sales clerk was friendly and helpful. I found brands I regularly use at competitive prices, and the store was very well stocked. I hope this shop does well. It's a nice store and convenient location!

Employee customer service is not a strong suit at this establishment. Straightforward bottom line I will never Go to pet sense again ever. I have Shopped at Tractor supply for years, And have been very happy with them. Don't know why they are not Running the establishment In the same customer service format that Tractor supply is run.

I was a excited to find this pet store because I hate going to the big chains.PROS: Convenient location, clean store, carry healthy dog foods without massive mark up, the gal working today (3/1/23 around noon) was very very nice and helpfulCONS: I was initially excited because I assumed, like the tractor supply in my previous state, they wouldn't be selling caged animals as merchandise. I was wrong. As I waited for a short few minutes at the register I watched this little lizard (bearded dragon maybe?) as he desperately tried to claw out of his glass cage. He was alone. Desperate. Doomed to live a life locked up in a small lonely cage.... Adequate companionship still at question.These pet stores act as if they're in this for the animals. Yet they sell animals as merchandise. Cats/dogs should be adopted at shelters. Birds/fish/reptiles have no business being in cages.I'm a believer in keeping local businesses alive but this seals the deal- I'll be ordering dog food online.I'm not some extreme activitist but I really believe in supporting business that don't put profit over lives.Shame on them.

This place is nice and very friendly staff. But not stocked like the bigger chains. Grooming services were decent.

I dropped my dog off for a grooming for a 1:30 appointment, 2 hours later I still didn’t receive a call that he was ready so I called them and turns out they hadn’t even started his grooming yet and he wouldn’t be finished for ANOTHER two hours. I should have been told that there was a wait, rather than them not saying anything and just locking my dog up for hours. When I asked why I wasn’t told there was such a long wait, Georgia (the groomer) kept interrupting me and talking over me. I kindly asked her to let me talk because it’s disrespectful and she said, “Just come get your dog.” And hung up the phone on me. Safe to say we’re never going back there!

Just moved to the area . Staff is nice , good selection and alot of sale items . Expiration on the markdowns is somewhat close to current date but for someone that has alot of cats or dogs or wants to donate to a shelter and it'll be gone in 6 months, this is an excellent place to come. I like to support locally owned businesses , im thinking this is a franchise , but has a nice small store feel than the big chain stores.
