“Every time I need to go to this UPS location in Englewood, I am touched by how nice the representatives are. I know that sounds silly, but the world needs more nice people in a service position. Thank you to those people! It’s almost like I don’t mind returning a package via UPS because I don’t have to worry about the interchange with the representatives. It is always awesome!”

“Pleasant people, lovely store. Dennis has managed to save me more than $20 on shipping something to Europe. Packed everything himself, I just had to give the info and pay... that's what all customer service should be like. Employees are happy and take pride in their work; very 90s vibe, even have a mandatory classy goth girl in there.”
“I brought a pkg in to have it sent back to Lands End. Inside the pkg was a two piece swimsuit; each piece priced separately. I assumed they would check it out after I left; apparently not. I received credit for just one piece. If you know anything about their product you know it is expensive. How can you rectify this?”
“By far the best UPS store in the area! The staff are personable and helpful, and the store is managed extremely well. Even when it's busy, the associates maintain great attitudes. Anthony is especially amazing and has a wonderful way of interacting with staff.The longest wait time has maybe been 3 minutes; which speaks volumes about their efficiency.The other UPS Stores in Venice don't even compare. The wait time is horrible, and the overall demeanor of the associates is even worse. Which is why I drive an extra 10 minutes to go to this location :)”
“I have gone to this location many times. I have always had an excellent experience. The associates are always helpful, cheerful, and patient. Each visit I generally have several returns for Amazon products. Some of the returns require the UPS associates to package. I’m sure this can become overwhelming because Amazon is so popular. They probably deal with a lot of returns, regardless of that, they are friendly and provide me with 100% excellent customer service! Their store is also very clean, and prices for services are clearly provided on their signs.”

“I received notification that my package was delivered, but unfortunately I did not receive it. I called this location and spoke to a very nice gentleman. He took my info and told me to check back in a few days if it still didn’t arrive. I spoke to our delivery person the next day, she diligently looked around our complex post boxes and still did not find it. She instructed me to call again. I called and spoke to the same kind gentleman, Jim. He went ABOVE AND BEYOND in my opinion. He found the package that was delivered to a sister complex and personally delivered it to me.
