“I just ordered two bottles online to have delivered to a friend on Siesta Key in Whispering Sands (as a birthday gift). She just sent me a picture of what was delivered. They substituted another bottle that was $3 cheaper than the chardonnay I had ordered. I tried to send an email back via the order confirmation message. I hope they offer a credit for the difference. The wine they substituted was not one I would have chosen. It's hard to deal with from a distance. I appreciate the fact that they deliver but I wish I had been given a choice about the replacement.
Update: my friend let me know that they made it right by providing another bottle to make up for the substitution. I appreciate their response.”
“Most employees are helpful and nice. Each time I'm in the store, it always seems that they are short on employees; however, they do have signs posted that they are hiring. The store is always clean. I absolutely LOVE the smaller shopping carts!!!!! Perfect for small shopping visits or when shopping for heavier items, like 12 packs of soda or beer....or shopping for a beach day!”
