Contacted Kimal Lumber at this location for a quote for a number of interior doors for my home. I spoke with Michelle Lomnitz on 8/26/22 and emailed her all of the specifications along with photos of the type of doors we want to order. I spent quite a bit of time on researching the type of doors we want. I waited several days to get prices but nothing came. I called and left 3 voice messages for Michelle (no response or call back) and then spoke to a receptionist that said she would hand carry the note to Michelle to contact me back...nothing. On September 1, I got a call from someone named Tim and he said he was taking over for Michelle and would have the quote over to me later the same day or next day. Well here it is another week later and no quote. Pathetic, terrible customer service...how do companies like this stay in business when they treat customers with such disrespect. They don't even deserve one star.

I prefer to shop local whenever possible. And, I really enjoyed dealing with Kimal Lumber. Everyone who works in the Showroom & Design Center are very professional and knowledgeable. If you're looking for windows and doors, I highly recommend this local business!

We worked with Steve Morgan to purchase our PGT windows & sliders on a new build where the builder left us high & dry. Steve was really great to work with. He always got back to me quickly and followed through when we had questions or problems (PGT's fault). He's just a super nice guy and does his job well.
