I just can't wrap my head around why your 12ft pine deck boards are 20 dollars more than everyone else. The polite lady I spoke to was very surprised when I told her the price at L.... and H.... Actually pretty impressive that the retail giants aren't the ones gouging... Yeah let that sink in.

One of two locations here in Sarasota County that I visited. This one is an older facility not very well run. Also access is not the best for large trucks. Kind of off the beaten path. When I have had pre-orders delivered in the past I have been somewhat disappointed in the product and had to return things in person. Their other store up on Fruitville is brand new state of the art and very well run much preferred.

Best prices and quality of trim products.Makayla at the desk is so good to work with. She is patient and competent? True professional in her line of work. Instead of Kimmel Kate, it should be Kimmel Makayla.

This a true lumberyard with plenty product on hand to finish any job from framing to trim work. Better quality and job lengths compared to the big box stores.

A rude older gentleman (if you could dare to call him that) with glasses and a salt & pepper beard chastised me upon entrance for asking if pricing was listed anywhere out in the yard. Did everything he could to call me stupid and dismiss me without blatantly saying it. Don't know what kind of stick is poking him, but a terrible first impression is being condescending to your potential customers. The younger lady behind the counter with blond hair was very kind. Old man needs to learn some etiquette. That's not how you build repor with your customers. I'd avoid buying lumber from these guys, seems like they couldn't care less about their customers.Nokomis Location Lumber Yard

If I could rate with zero stars I would. I am building a house. The builder chose Kimball to install the windows and sliders. The windows are missing the covers to hide the screws. The sliding doors are off about an inch and a half. The workmanship is terrible. The cuts are not lined up properly. They have been paid in full and so now, after reaching out to them many times, they have said they just needed to get it done so they could be paid. They will not return to fix this mess. We have not even moved into the house yet, so it is nothing we did to make it like this. Obviously, they do not care about their workmanship or doing their job correctly. They said they could fix it, but they will charge us another $6,000.00!!! Do NOT get your work done by them, buy from someone who cares. If anyone wants to reach out to me, I will be happy to show you their work. Stay away from this company!!
