I always have a positive experience when I go to this pool supply store. They have everything you could possibly need for your pool or hot tub, from chlorine and salt to filters and pump parts. If they don't have something in stock, they'll order it for you without any extra charge.One of the best parts is their free pool water analysis service. You can bring in a sample of your pool water, and they will analyze it to determine what chemicals you need to maintain or get back to a perfect pool. It's incredibly helpful and takes the guesswork out of pool maintenance.Rich, the store manager, is a true gem. His knowledge about pool supplies and maintenance is impressive, and he's always ready to help with any questions or concerns. I highly recommend this store for all your pool and hot tub needs. You won't be disappointed.

We have purchased 99% of our pool products from Holiday Pools in Venice. Lots of great service. Holiday Pools sold us a Hayward pump/motor. Supposed to be the best. In less than 2 months we have had 2 installed. Both defective. Holiday/Hayward refuse to replace. We paid a lot of money for a pump/motor and our pool has been off for weeks. HELP. I advise purchase where they service what they sell. And supposed to be energy efficient and my electric bill went up $60 a month while broken. It ran 24/7. The store employee doesnt know his products and seems pretty useless.

After almost 1 year since we signed the contract with Holiday Pools, it was finally turned over to us last week, 2/2/2023. There were major issues with the pool and we have yet to hear back from the company. The entire process was very painful with limited to no communications. The only time I did not have to try multiple time to get a response is when they wanted payment. Everyone from the sales, finance, and construction were very unprofessional. I echo the other complains on Holiday Pools as I experience a lot of them during our construction phase. Shame on me for not checking reviews before signing with them. By far, the worst experience I have ever had personally and professionally. At one point, we started to shop for another company to finish the pool since we did not hear back from anyone. We honestly thought they went bankrupt.

Our pool was built in March through Meritage. It is still not up and running. No pump, no safety bar and no pool school. No one is returning my calls and messages. I have a disabled child who is supposed to be in the spa every day for therapy and this is extremely upsetting.

At just 2 yrs my pool cage screws started rusting. I called Holiday Pools & CRA ( the cage people Holiday Pools contracted) many times over several months. Neither company would take responsibility. The end result was "YOU DIDNT ASK FOR STAINLESS STEEL SCREWS"! How foolish am I to put my trust, inexperience and over $75,000 into their "knowledge, business & bank accounts!" I have an estimate of about $400 to replace just the bottom rails. If allowed, I would give this company a negative number!

Haven't shown up to clean pool in over 2 weeks even though we paid up front for a years worth of service. Pool is turning green! They don't return phone calls !!! Horrible service!!

Holiday pools in the process of repairing my pool pump damaged my pool heater which was deemed not to be a repairable but a third party they hired to assess the situation. The damage occurred on May 8, 2021. It is now three months and the company has yet to provide a reasonable remedy. They offered a used a heat pump which did not have the needed BTUs for a pool my size, they advised that I should file the damage under my HO insurance which my agent and company advises would be denied due to the damage being done by their negligence, or they would sell me a discounted new heat pump. Problem is that the heat pump they damaged had just been serviced and deemed by the technician to be in excellent condition. No one from the company in a decision making capacity has had the courtesy of coming to my home to assess the situation. There service department does not communicate. They hide behind voice mail and the owner( the only person with decision making authority to do the right thing ) is incommunicado. I cancelled my pool maintenance today. I cannot do business with a company that demonstrates such horrible service and ethical business practices.

Nice guy, always has a smile on his face, haven't brought a question to him that he hasn't had a correct answer for yet! Sold me an Echo pool cleaner machine, it's awesome, I have no cage, saves me four hours a week cleaning the pool. Love this place, plus, support the small local guy! Thanks Rich!

Just watched our pool guy come to clean our pool, he was here under five minutes. NO brushing of the walls, dipped the net in one time! Checked the chemicals came back about about four minutes later to throw in something? We're taking care of neighbors home while away, they had their pool pavers cleaned and of course they get crap in the pool. It stayed on the bottom for two weeks, before I had to leave a note in the screen door asking the guy to vacuum,! Really after being a good customer for over four years, I've grown tired checking up on their work. I'm done.

Owner spent as long as it took to teach me how to test my spa water. I have never bought anything from there and left without spending any money, it was all education. I think the place ROCKS
