I came twice to this place, seen different doctors both time my first experience was great, even the second visit was ok at first. The doctor during the second visit who came in was very aggressive and rude from the beginning. She comes over to assess where my pain is(which I had already stated it was in my wrist) and she ends up making me be in more pain. She grabbed my wrist flipped it over as if it’s mobile when it’s not. She then asks me Well what do you want me to do? At this point I’m looking at her crazy because she hurt me more then helped me. For this place to assist people with no health insurance the doctor I had which her name is Doctor Mesghali I do not recommend her she very rude, unprofessional, and thinks she can’t loose her license. She even went on to state for me to never come back again…. When she’s the one that’s rude now when your rude back is when she threatens you to never come back. So definitely watch her I already new it was a racial thing because I’m black everyone in that office is white. She’s prejudice and thinks she’s better then everyone because of her title which can get revoked. And don’t call the general manager she’s no help all she does is take up for the doctors being rude all the office team heard is what you say never the doctors being rude. I would never recommend this place to anyone I no because I wouldn’t want them to go through what I did. No matter your color everyone should be treated fairly. Not at Good Samaritan Pharmacy they protect there doctors more then the clients so save yourself, family, and friends time by going elsewhere.

They were true to their name Good Samaritan like the Good Samaritan that helped the man in the way they poured in the oil and the wine and gave a person a place to be able to get the help that they needed medically and physically God bless them in Christ Jesus amen.

Excellent staff and very knowledgeable, I msg’d them on Facebook and got a response almost immediately... I was told their procedure for new patients and she said call when I get into the parking lot and they’ll bring the paperwork out to me and when I’m done they’ll come back out to get it.. I’m looking forward to finding out more

Absolutely the most horrible administration. Not only are they rude and disrespectful, they will not provide you with decent medical care. I would strongly suggest you do not try going here, even if you are in serious need of help. A walk-in clinic would be worth the money, or the county medical center. If you ask for proper care they will attack you. If you ask questions, you will be called argumentative. Best to stay away from this place. If you ever get a prescription you will never be a to get it filled, or talk to anyone about it. Dangerous medical practice and should be shut down.

Drove an older friend in for a check-up and prescription help. Was recommended by his neighbor. Was in waiting room when a young woman was called into a small office and you could hear the doctor yelling at her and being very rude. Older gentleman with her was kind, but after the yelling ended the female doctor left room, came back and handed her a piece of paper saying loudly "this is all you are getting". Older gentleman did nothing. Her tone and demeanor were not what I expect from a physician. Young lady looked pretty upset, but left calmly. After she left, my friend went in with a very nice nurse. Was hoping that was who would help him. Eventually we saw a Doctor, Sheeba Mesghali. Same woman who was yelling at the young lady. Well, this doctor was anything but kind or professional. She argued about medicine and what is needed to treat my friend. Belittled him and even said at his age his Medicare should be doing more. Well, it's not. Why we came there. When my friend tried to ask questions about his previous doctor and new information, he was told this is a free clinic and if he wants different care he needs to pay out of pocket. Needless to say, not how you talk to an elderly man who is asking for medical help. The administrator, a white haired man in his 50s, front office on left when you walk in, was equally rude and condescending.

Staff and doctors are great, so apolgies to them but the administrator should limit his volunteering to cleaning animal cages, although he'd be getting bit every day.... It would be a just reward. This man has no idea what a good Samaritan is. He has an obvious problem with ethics and consideration of in need patients situations and the privacy of patient information. Has a misguided and undesrved sense of self importance and actually prevents SOME select people from receiving care who have already met eligibilty requirements by the county AND Good Samaritan Clinic itself! People who really need care... Who knows why? Out of spite? Power Trip? Favoritism? Prejudice? If he decides he doesn't like the way you look or your answers, you dont get medical attention, he will ask unanswerable questions just to try to confuse and make his chosen victim uncomfortable, very personal medical and finacial questions, right in the lobby in front of other patients trying to make getting help as difficult and embarrassing as possible seemingly until you get tired of being disrespected and just leave. THIS, is not someone who should be all proud of their supposed volunteerism and think themselves a good Samaritan. My experience with this ONE self absorbed and morally bankrupt individual rotting up the place has caused undue, unwarranted and unjust pain and suffering to someone he should be helping, and he should be sued in a court of law and removed from the health care field permanently.... Favoritism is corruption and he cannot be trusted with something as important as people's health if ultimately his own personal criteria will be the final deciding factor for medical help. Due to this individual I cannot receive medical help even though I have qualified and was approved to receive it... I warn all others not to use Good Samaritan Clinic as your primary care provider.
