Krissie is the most reliable and honest mechanic. I have used in 50 years. She will tell you straight up if you don’t need some thing the other mechanics have told you you do she is not just in it for the money and truly cares. So grateful to have found her.

Although I have not yet had work done there, Chrissy showed me some of the work she had done as we discussed some upgrades for my Tacoma. Very busy shop and very nice work being done there. I had good vibes there . Chrissy was personable and took the time to talk about the job and didn't shoo me out. I hope to have some upgrades done in the Fall at this shop.

Found my new shop! I’ve got a 96 f-350 and they are beyond knowledgeable with every aspect of my truck. Had an issue with my drive shaft, they got it fixed. Had an issue with excessive noise in the cab, they knew exactly what it was and got it fixed. They also noticed my a/c wasn’t as cold as it should be and got that fixed right up for me. They called to verify with me if it was ok to proceed with a task rather then just doing it & billing for it later. Great people , great prices. If you need a trustworthy family shop, come check them out.

They installed a new convertible top on my car and it leaked. They installed a second one and it leaked w/in a week. They then kept telling me the manufacture was ignoring them so I researched and found the manufacturer. After a lengthy conversation the owner explained the Chrissy never applied for another replacement and the owner apologized and sent a new , upgraded top to Chrissy. I brought the car to Chrissy for Instalation and she refused to release my car unless I paid over $800.00 for the Instalation.
Very unprofessional attitudes. Since I had to pay twice for the same job, I do not recommend this company for any kind of work

Chrissy did an absolutely fabulous job on the driver's side panel of my CRV. The leather?? had frayed and was in pieces. Chrissy matched it perfectly and hand stitched the new stronger leather in place. Just perfect!

Asked about reinstalling a glass rear window in an Audi TT roadster that fell out due to the glue failing in the extreme heat this summer, she didn’t even let me finish explaining and immediately responded “You need a new roof” The window was installed by the Audi factory when it was built and is held to the convertible roof by a special adhesive tape that is easily replaced especially as the window itself was not damaged.She just wanted to sell a new roof…

I came in trying to source some headliner for my vehicle, I was greeted by a nice young man who offered his help and even showed me a few tips, then an older lady I am assuming is the boss walked out already in a bad mood as if I had anything to do with that. Upon asking for help she told me to give her my visor so she can color and material match, i said I could today and in turn got rude in saying not today or mondays and fridays because she doesn’t want to waste her time. Then proceeded to assume the nice car and nice clothes meant I knew nothing about hands on work so I explained I do automotive work all the time my self. She took offense to that some how then proceeded to demean me and my vehicle and force me to leave the premises. I could tell the young man was confused at this may have been a common occurrence. I’m assume because I didn’t want them to instal it she say no profit therefore the most rude person I’ve met in my life and I’ve met a few. Sure their reviews say they do okay headliners but as a person of character, she had none whatsoever and I will not be recommending them to any person I know. If i could give negative ratings I would. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!! Go elsewhere;)Service: Upholstery repair

Owner is arrogant, ego maniacal, not trustworthy, not reliable, argumentative. Her Son's are equally untrustworthy. I wouldn't use this shop for any type of repair including cushions, headliners, window repair, AC repairs or to put air in your tires. Horrific, Rude and a waste of time.
