If I could give it a o I would. This is the worst financial institution in America. The are hiding 67 thousand and change ,which had cleared 21 days.ago.The manager refused to give me her business card. My husband called the sheriffs dept. to write a formal complaint. But it is civil. So we have a record of it. Stay far away from Chase.

The incompetence of Josh the business expert is real , he not only put in the wrong address for my business but when I called to have him fix the situation he wasn’t willing to help me fix the situation , He did not take accountability for his mistake , no what he did was Hang up on me because I was frustrated with this situation that he caused instead of fixing his wrong doing , is this how you treat all your chase customers at this location . Makes me consider even continuing my banking with chase bank … oh yeah because of Josh .. should be fired

I think this is one of the best branches I have ever visited. Everyone is nice and helpful these days, but for a while few younger/ newer tellers were not as friendly. Alyssa, however is an absolute superstar! She is always amazing. I asked the tellers who work there to kindly help my senior father when he goes there and they are all so kind to him. His English is not the best so that makes it harder for him to communicate but the staff is superb and compassionate. They gain an A+ every time. Thank you Alyssa and the team.

I can't even give this place a star , the disrespect the manager Katey portrays to the public is a disgrace to nokomis and the neighbors around us ! It is number One to never roll your eyes at anyone when they are talking to u , that behavior is childish and unprofessional! I feel as if u want to be bossy and arrogant and your looking for confrontation on a Daily basis ! Why is this women a manager she is never available to accomadate her chase clients and she will not hesitate to make u feel as if u are a burden ! Katey you love to give a little snoby attitude towards others but I will say this . Grow up and do your job professionally and do not carry personal baggage to work . If your not able to do this job at chase bank then find something that is better for you .please find a job that makes u happyand towards others !!

This Chase branch passed me a fake $100 bill from there cash machine tellers use to dispense funds and the manager claims there is no way the machine did that. Now they refuse to replace the fake $100 they passed me inside branch from machine to teller to my hand. It was discovered to be fake by another chase branch when I went to deposit several of the bills I received from this Nokomis Florida Chase branch.

Charged a $10 fee to cash an $80 check. It must be nice to be able to afford outrageous fees. A lot of us work 7 days a week just to make ends meet and getting bend over by a bank like this just makes it that much worse. I will never bank with this institution. Scam

Let me start by saying I've banked at Chase for years. I love their customer service, but at the Nokomis FL Chase branch, the friendliness and customer service is absolutely amazing. I went in to find a local banker, instead I feel like I made two new friends. Charlotte a VP client advisor and Daniel a relationship banker were absolutely amazing. I know finance, and I feel completely comfortable that I can trust Charlotte's expert advice to plan for retirement. Not only did they take care of all of my Nokomis FL banking needs, but I left with a whole bunch of great local activities and restaurants ?⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I can't say enough about how friendly and knowledgeable they are. Nice job Jamie Dimon ?
