The owner is extremely cocky and couldn't care less about customer service. He cancelled my policy when I hadn't even moved in or finalized my mortgage and then when we proved the mortgage date just shrugged his shoulders and said too bad. Awful company!

We recently had a wonderful experience with Lee Williams at Williams Insurance Agency! We had been with another company for a year, and it was time for our condo policy renewal. The renewal with our old agency was quite a bit more for the policy. We contacted Lee, and he was able to offer the same insurance carrier with the exact same coverage for hundreds less! He also discovered that we had not received the wind mitigation discount that the other agency promised that we'd been given. So, not only was Lee able to get us a much better price on our annual policy, he was able to get us back the discount that we should have received for the policy that we already had in place with the other agency!!! Who does that?!? Well, he did! We didn't even know that we was working behind the scenes to get us the discount on a policy that he'd had nothing to do with. So...if you're looking for an honest insurance guy who goes over and beyond to try to help people, I highly recommend him and his agency! We're so grateful we found him!

We had a home at Seaside, Fl. For 26 yrs.which we recently sold.Our ins. Agent for the last 10 yrs. was Lee Williams of the Williams Agency, at Niceville, Fl. Lee was recommended to us at a time when it looked like we were facing a significant increase, for coverage, if we could even get coverage. Lee not only found coverage, he saved us a bunch of money. The recent hurricane put us in the same position. We were facing an increase of almost $10,000 ! Lee got busy, found another carrier, and actually saved us a bit over the premium we had been paying! In our relationship, it hasn't just been financial savings that have impressed me. Lee Williams has always been accessible and responsive to our needs, or questions. Lee has been totally reliable and responsive. I strongly recommend Lee Williams, and the Williams Agency.

I came across Williams insurance agency via a Google search. They had 5/5 stars so I selected them along with two other companies to get quotes from. William is by far is the best at responsiveness, customer service, and helpfulness. Lee and his staff are amazing and you won’t be sorry if you choose to do business with them. Also, his quote was lower than the other agencies I contacted. It is a win-win to go with Williams.
