Dawn and the incredible support team she has have been amazing each time we have used their services. We originally purchased our home in 2015, we have refinanced twice since that time to do home upgrades. All three times, there has been streamline, efficient flow- we have closed without issue each time. As a Veteran using VA benefits, I highly recommend Dawn to all service members for your mortgage needs- check her website for areas she is licensed- there are many. Dawn Hoffman at Waterstone is wonderful. She took the time to look through our information and to advise us as to what direction we should go in terms of looking for a home loan. She is excellent when it comes to communication, frequently texting or calling us to update us on the progress of our loan. Dawn Hoffman was an abosolute joy to work with during our home buying process. She (and Bonnie Smith) were very responsive to our emails and phone calls, they answered all the questions we had, and they kept our best interest in purchasing our home. In addition, Dawn was able to get the seller to cover the majority of the closing as they would do with a preferred lender. We struggled with finding a lender that would work with and we're very happy we found Dawn with Waterstone Mortgage.

Dawn was helpful from the very start. Provided expert advice and kept me up to date through my entire experience. She never hesitated to help me even with my multiple changes. When information was requested she was quick with the response and answer. She got me the best rate, and sat down with me in person to discuss any additional questions. Heather was an amazing lender to work with she knew how to resolve every question and concern that I had. My biggest concern was closing on time, especially because I was living in a total with two big dogs and she was able to move the closing date two weeks early. Overall, it was a great experience.
