Mike at the Niceville UPS was extremely helpful with my return. I have a bad hip and back and he was nice enough to help me get the heavy package out of my car. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Mike is a great asset to your company!

Scott and Sherry were super amazing at this particular UPS store. They so always go above and beyond to help you. Everything is nicer and Niceville even having to ship out sentimental items after losing a loved one. They handled our items and our shipping with care, organized a lot of misc boxes, packed things up well- we super appreciate you guys.

Came in to get a package returned and also needed to get the return label printed. Sherry and Micaela were both so on top of things. They got it printed and attached to the package for us and got the box taped up as well. Even though it turned out that we had a FedEx return, Sherry knew a couple drop off locations and let us know the closest ones.
They were both extremely helpful and are every time we come in for mail. Micaela knows me by sight and waves every time I come in. Your team here is just amazing!

Fantastic customer service!! I desperately needed something notarized and walked in literally 3 minutes before closing (knowing it would take a little bit of time). Mike was very understanding considering the timing as well as courteous and friendly. He helped me in a pinch and I am very grateful. Thank you!!

the other day i went to the the ups store nearest to my house and ran into a wonderful employee…i was in a rush and was somewhat overwhelmed and the young man Darin was very polite and friendly and was very helpful. helped me with my questions about my package return and understood my frustration with the company that had gotten my package return mixed up. i appreciate this kind of customer service and definitely felt calmer when i left. thanks so much to that young man!

The owner of this UPS store packaged 2 turntables which resulted in damaged items. Save the money and package them yourself. Also, read the fine print on insurance. UPS will not explain the 60 day policy at drop off.
Learn from my bad experience.
Total loss:
Approx $300 + shipping and insurance
$400 damaged turntable dust covers

I have used this store for years for my shipping and printing needs. The staff is always amazing. On my last visit I witnessed the owner assisting an elderly customer with carrying her packages. This is an example all businesses should strive to emulate.

If you want really poor customer service with an attitude, use this business and ask for Darin. This is now the third time I've used this location to mail something and it's the third time I've been mistreated.
I was unaware asking to mail a package at a mail delivery business would be such an inconvenience for its employees. This will be the last time I give this business my money.
If you don't want to deal with an attitude or be talked down to, go to USPS, FedEx, or even a different UPS location.

I love our local UPS store here in Niceville. they are always so helpful and efficient with any of my print projects / shipping needs.
