Mike at the Niceville UPS was extremely helpful with my return. I have a bad hip and back and he was nice enough to help me get the heavy package out of my car. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Mike is a great asset to your company!

Fantastic customer service!! I desperately needed something notarized and walked in literally 3 minutes before closing (knowing it would take a little bit of time). Mike was very understanding considering the timing as well as courteous and friendly. He helped me in a pinch and I am very grateful. Thank you!!
