A very kind and compassionate staff will assist you with any questions or concerns related to your medications. Cheerful and funny pharmacy associates will make sure your meds are filled in no time. They offer useful tips and warnings and seem geniounely interested in your health and well-being. The other "big name" pharmacies in town could learn a thing or two from this place...excellent customer approach and friendly atmosphere.

We were on vacation and my wife's foot was painful to walk and needed a walking boot. Alec at the Niceville location took the time in selecting and fitting a boot. Even though the store was very busy Alec and other employees were quick to help us. Back home her doctor said she broke a bone and the boot selection and fitting was perfect.

5 Stars for professionalism and timely service. There was a problem with a particular prescription and the staff resolved the issue in a timely fashion. Turn around time for prescription is routinely 15 minutes or less. Outstanding.

Remember when I praised The Prescription place in Niceville? How great they were , well not so much anymore. I went to pick up some medicine and noticed out of the 4 pills i was I was supposed to get I only got 3. I immediately called them when I got home to let them know that a mistake was made and I was basically called a "liar" and told that there was no way they shorted me. Out of 20 plus years of getting prescriptions, I've never been shorted pills or called a liar. So count your pills from them. And hope that your the amount is accurate, because if it's not they will deny they made any mistake and call you a liar too, I've always given them the benefit of the doubt, when it comes to making sure my medicine is all there, but someone is shorting peoples meds and blaming the patients! NOT OK!!!!! So definitely double and triple check your meds. I may pull all my prescriptions from them, but I'm still deciding cause it's such a hassle, but I don't have the same "good vibes" with them I've always had.
