I just got my haircut today and the hair stylist Jessica decided to tell me to put their hair product in my hair myself instead of Jessica doing it because she thought my dandruff was contagious because she doesn't want to bring it to her kids so she decided to use a comb to put the gel into my hair to spike it up and I thought it was very unprofessional for her to do it that way and I never had one hair stylist to tell me to do that

Not many folks know abt the bluewater bay Supercuts!!Highly recommend ms Rene and team members, use to cut my hair on base, fantastic sams and valp…now our new home is with ms Rene and team here in bluewater bay…trustworthy nice and friendly to all!!

Whatever you do, walk out if Debbie is going to cut your hair. You can’t make adjustments to a cut without her saying “can you let me finish?” (What kind of hairdresser says that?) I was gonna let her finish and now I have a chunk of my hair shorter than the rest because it’s either cut it all to that length or wait for that to play catch up. I asked for a deep smiley cut. More of a V than a smiley but I didn’t want the front pieces too short. She took a layer from underneath my hair and cut it straight across. If my haircut is a v or a smiley, not one part should be cut straight across and CERTAINLY NOT the shortest piece should be cut that way. Ive been getting this haircut for at least 8 years and i knew from the beginning she was starting wrong but again, when my friend stepped in and pointed that out, Debbie said “can ya let me finish.” Then when I had asked how she would fix it because that’s not what I wanted, she became extremely defensive and called over someone else to handle it, huffing and puffing over in her chair every time I said to the other lady that I couldn’t believe she cut that chunk out of my hair. All this was after explicitly stating at the beginning of the appointment that all I wanted was to fix the choppy haircut I had already had because I had already chopped off a lot of length from my hair. I said out right, I want a trim, the littlest amount possible to fix the choppiness. There was a guide and it just needed to be straightened up. Tell me why I left with at least another 4 inches off my hair. Ridiculous. She did not handle it professionally and her attitude has no room for criticism or improvement apparently. The situation was escalated by her negativity and the only reason harsh language was exchanged was because she decided to huff and puff and throw herself a pity party, being very angry that I was pissed that she chopped a chunk out of my hair. When Renee came to cut my hair, she was a lot more kind and helpful. Walk out if you’re stuck with Debbie and you have long pretty hair. Anything below your shoulders will end up at your shoulders against your will. I wish I was exaggerating.

This is a great location , typical haircuts and styles you would expect from a chain like Supercuts in your run of the mill shopping plaza/strip mall , however the staff and stylists here at this supercuts go above and beyond , id recommend anyone needing a cut to see them!
Requested style: I went for the high and tight , or I guess they call it the trav kelsey now , and a shave n hot towel

Had ebbony cut my hair, said I want a little off the top and she cut majority of my hair off to the point I was extremely unsatisfied she had no customer service skills, spoke more to the gentleman next to me than she did me. And had me spun around away from the mirror the whole time she cut my hair so I couldn’t see what she was doing. If I ever go back to Supercuts I will not let her touch me.Service: Haircut

Very nice staff, clean store, and reasonable price. I just don't know how I got a 3 on top when I asked for a 6. I'm sure next time will be better.

Calyn is a magician, miracle worker, and artist all wrapped in one. Her ability to make you feel more confident and comfortable both in her chair and out is uncanny. I’d give 10/10 if I could.
