Ordered using the app. This is what we typically do in order to skip the line in the drive thru. When my wife approached the door there was a sign that said the Cafe was closed and we'd have to use the drive thru. The first issue is that this was not indicated in the app in any way. Secondly, if the register is down or they're short staffed, why can't they simply place app orders on a shelf like Chipotle does and have customers come pick up their order?To top it off, one of the staff members was rude and dismissive to my wife when she asked for clarification on the drive thru/app situation and told her "You'll have to use the drive thru if you want your order."We called corporate and they refunded our money as well as some additional compensation but I thought it might be prudent for Googlers to know what type of service to expect from this location.

The service was impressive! i love how calm it is in the restaurant, and just the nice environment, not too crowded, short wait! and their mozzarella on focaccia is so so yummy!! would go here again!

I don’t know this kids name. but who ever was in the window around 4:30 pm today made my day. he was very nice, funny, and while my drink was getting finished he went on a rant about eat the green parts of the strawberries! He deserves a shout out. Sorry i didn’t get his name!!

Went looking for sugar free blended coffee, the baristas collaborated and come up with a tasty and smooth coffee. Great job!

I placed my order. I gave my name. I sat down and waited for my name to be called.If you haven't been a customer and this is new to you, they place your drink at the end of the counter. Customers than touch the cups trying to figure out which drink is theirs.In my case, someone had grabbed my drink and walked off with it. After a while not hearing my name called, I walked up and asked if my name was called? The employee said ( no ). I waited for a while longer. Than discovered what happened when there were no more orders and I was still waiting.The system doesn't work. Don't ask for a name, give order numbers and call them out loud.Stop having 4 people touching my order just to have it taken.6$ it to much to pay for stupidity.

Do not dine in if you want a fast order. They prioritize online orders and drive through versus dining in. Waited over 20 minutes for my order while watching one car after another car drive in and leave while i waited. In the future, I will just use the drive-through.
