For a business owner to call me back after I was unsatisfied with service and try to belittle me instead of trying to be rational and do right by the customer, here’s a poor review for you. I waited until my bank gave me back half the money I spent on this company. They were 4 hours late because they overbooked, ripped my couch that they never reached back out to me to pay for the damages. (after I turned them down trying to keep the ripped couch and replace it for me instead of just giving me a refund). Which I’m sure they would fix it themselves and sell it as brand new since the couch WAS brand new and they have a used/new furniture company as well… how convenient. When they finished the job, they tried to charge me a stair fee that was never disclosed. I voiced my concern again, I said there was stairs over the phone when I was quoted - not once did their secretary mention a stair fee of $100 (it was waived). They also refused to turn back around after they left my tv cord in their truck and said they would come back the next day, which they never did. Instead, they were going to mail me the Tv cord which I never saw ever again. I couldn’t use my tv for weeks while I waited for it in the mail, until I gave up and bought a new one. It was a sloppy job. I’m in the military and i was baffled by the treatment after I voiced I was not happy. The owner himself boasted about not having a negative review on his company, well… here it is.

OUTSTANDING experience with my move today! Reasonable pricing, especially with no increase for a weekend request!! The crew of three fantastic guys were professional, polite, careful with all my belongings, and efficient. Xavier reviewed the contract before starting & everyone got to work! Truly an impressive trio of hard working individuals! I would highly recommend them for any moving needs!!

Spencer, Lori and Jacob showed up in time and did a great job moving all of our belongings from the house to the moving truck. We were able to get more done in the 4 hours they were here than we would’ve been able to get done in a weekend. Would highly recommend!

Stand by their word with 100% customer satisfaction! Great group of guys wrapped and moved a house worths of furniture over to my first home. They were a fun, honest, and friendly group of guys that were very polite and even entertaining at times. I would recommend them, since my experience was great. I know who to call if I move again!

Spencer's moving company showed up early to move sight. Upon arrival the movers were very quick and respectful. Spencer and Raymond are the most efficient and respectful movers I've ever worked with. I would recommend Spencer's Moving Company to any one for their next move!

I had to move my mom from an Independent Living apartment to an Assisted Living one. They worked fast and efficient through the entire move…no slowing down. I was impressed. They were careful with everything, wrapped all the pieces well. They were also incredibly gracious and friendly towards all the seniors that approached them. I highly recommend this company.
