Very pleased with Prime Storage. Facilities are nice and clean, well-lit and staff is friendly. Only reason I don’t give 5-stars is because my rent went up within two months. I would have stayed longer if not for that. Other than that, I definitely recommend Prime Storage. I’ll likely go back again at some point.

Great experience! Our family PCS’d here Jan 23’ and had to move into a small town home. After searching around for a storage solution, we came across Prime Storage, Niceville. The staff is friendly, professional and helpful. The units are clean and well structured in climate control. The building is safe and secure and also, very well kept. 10/10 would store here again, if we ever need it.

Kim at Prime Storage is amazing she was there in the mist of our struggle when we needed a storage unit asap. I would recommend Prime Storage for anyone needing long term or short term storage. The building is climate controlled!! Easy access and they have a huge elevator ! And carts to use if you need one. My advice ask for KIM and she will take care of you in the best way possible.

Nothing but positivity about prime storage! Very clean building all the time, very clean property, very friendly employees and even tenants, very nice storage units and pricing. I’m very appreciative to have found prime to hold all my belongings it’s been a blessing. And thank you to Kimberly for being so sweet and helping me in the move out process. All sizes of climate controlled bays. They don't jack up pricing. That alone is reason to use them!
