I understand that there are things that can't be done and it doesn't bother me if someone doesn't do it. What does bother me is that the person who is serving shows with their face and actions that they do not want to do it and that they have a bad attitude when providing a service. If you don't want to serve your customers, don't work serving customers. What bad service in this store.

I stopped in to get a new gallon of paint to add to a project completed a year ago. I was met by a gentleman who did not have a name tag but has some physical challenges.-he was great and very helpful.Then came Jake and he proceeded to tell me that I was out of luck and came up 100 reasons why painting one wall and doing some touch ups was not going to happen. Rude and just didn't want to help. If he mentioned one more time I could go to ACE, I would have heard it enough!

If you are looking for incredible customer service at a paint store then I highly recommend the Niceville Sherwin-Williams paint store. I am writing this review because the customer service Lisa has given us is nothing short of incredible. She has helped us sort through every possible gray or white color in the inventory with a smile and absolute professionalism. She knows a lot about paint and will always take time to show you what the different types look like. For example, I wasn’t sure about putting a satin or semi-gloss finish on my cabinets, and she offered to show me the difference by putting my desired color on two pieces of paper. No matter how busy the store is she never makes us feel rushed and fields basic questions about how to put sample paint on the wall. Thank you Lisa!

The sales associate (Brady) was very knowledgeable about the Sherwin Williams products and helped me purchase the right coatings for my entry door refinish project. The finished result is awesome and I couldn’t be happier with the products or the assistance and attention to detail I received in the store. Brady even carried the products I purchased to my car!

I love my boys over here at this store !!! As a local contractor I try to use this location as much as possible. Great people, great service. If you're in the construction industry and spending big bucks. I highly reccommend Mr. Wuan Medina as your paint sevice rep. He is very easy to work with. Highly cares about his clients and values their business
