Called and was told I could drop the car off and he would look at it on a Wednesday. I called to see if he had gotten to it and was told “he wasn’t touching it until sometime next week” then why tell me you could look at it wasting my time and having it towed. I had to call a tow truck again and have it moved to another shop Niceville auto is a real business who has communication. This guy is a one man band with too many cars on his lot and no help. Which is fine but don’t lie and say you can do something if you can’t

20 days wasted. Zero Communication. Never even looked at my car. I called one week wanting an update. He lied saying he ordered the part.Called and was told to drop my car off Thursday later in the week one morning. Mentioned he could get it next week. Sure No problem....Car sat for 20 days. No call. No update. Car was never looked at. Called each week. I had to call for updates. Each time he said he'll get to it next. Called 1 week and he said he ordered the part. Next week comes and goes.After calling 3 days with no answer I ended up driving there myself to get up update on the car. He tells me it hasn't even gone on the rack and will try to get to look at it the end of this week. I called to get it towed to another place. I read great reviews and people recommend him fast and fair and he was a nice guy. I understand people get busy and backed up but 20 days without a call or update is ridiculous. I'd recommend Twin Cities Transmissions or AA Auto Clinic. Zero Communication..If you can't look at my car don't tell me a date to drop it off. Waste of money on the tow for this location.Service: Auto maintenance

Last year I would have sung praises. He always treated my husband right. Now he has screwed us over. He has had our vehicle for one year. Moved it once. We are out a vehicle. Have to pay insurance and registration for what? It has been parked and we never get calls. Totally over this!!!!! Either pay to tow it someplace that will do the work or fix it already?

I discovered a water pump problem while traveling from out of state. I was referred to Scotty's Auto Repair. Scotty said leave it and he would take a look. He was able to repair it by the next morning at a fair and very reasonable price. Great friendly service, so if the need any car repairs done you owe it to yourself to checkout Scotty's. Fair prices,fast service,not much of a parking lot for the place,filled with cars everywhere but guess means they keep busy.I had to wait 10 days to put my car in the shop,fixed my window that wouldn't roll up/down and fixed my gas cap maintenance light problem,got my car back in 3 days,not bad,pep boys might have been faster but I don't trust their work
