Kara and the team at Emerald Coast were unbelievable hosts. We are Safe Harbor members in Ohio and needed some help with storage during our vacation. Not only did they help accommodate us but checked in and made sure we had everything we needed regularly. Super friendly and kind, can’t wait to come back. Thank you!

WORST DEALERSHIP in this area! Don't buy a boat from them. Go somewhere else. You won't regret that decision! If I could give them a negative star rating I would. They sold me a boat that they knew was defective and I after I used it the first weekend it had to be taken back to the manufacturer because of the seriousness of the problems. I didn't have use of my boat for the first 4 months I owned it. Then everything else began to fall apart on the boat but as long as I was going to take the boat to them to fix it and they could still keep draining me for money they didn't care whether I was able to take my boat out on the water or not. Go to ANY other dealership to buy your boat. I will never buy another boat from these people EVER again!!!

Dealt with Daniel as my salesman and he was terrific. Was able to answer all questions and mostly provide answers when he wasn't sure. Although I purchased a used boat, it was coming from a dealership, so there was a certain level of expectation. After the purchase, there ended up being an excessive amount of things wrong with the boat (electrical mostly). Also the trailer I picked up the boat with was different than what we agreed on, but they were thankfully able to get that squared away. All in all not a bad experience, but definitely learned a lot through the experience for the next boat purchase.

SUCKS!!!! Friends' boat stored at ECM for which they pay a "boatload" of $$ in monthly fees. Boat is supposed to be brought out & ready. Well, they bring boat out with dead battery, don't notify us, so we show up, wait for 5 hours only to find out that they can't charge battery! Ugh. The salesman Daniel at Emerald Coast Marine was absolutely fantastic, professional, courteous and timely. After we decided on the Key West 263 FS with twin outboard 200's after driving same boat with twin 150's it was apparent they really wanted to sell the 2019 with twin 150's and not accommodate our decision. Understandable, to push the 2019's but it did not meet our criteria. Long story short we purchased exact same color boat/engines, 2020 model at another dealer after 2020 boat they quoted was not the color boat or engines and not in stock at the time we wanted and significantly more expensive than the one we purchased in stock. No harm no foul, until the sales manager called my husband yesterday and informed him he would have to get all warranty service elsewhere, really?
