Need more employees on Sundays so that the queue for a dressing room is reasonable. Ended up putting all the clothes back I might have bought because I didn’t have 20 minutes to wait in line for dressing room.

I love going this store! I have become a fan go during week days just to see what new things they got. Most of the times it has various options for clothing and great options for house decorations. Sometimes you may even find high end brands for great prices or basic pieces of clothing that will match so well and be close to that Pinterest outfit you saw ?. My location has great parking lot which takes away the headache of parking spots and the schedule of the store it is very convenient.

Very disrespectful Asian employee. Making rude comments upon one's age. Age discrimination towards me, my family and some other clients. Like she picked out whom is was going to bully. Would not recommend no one going to this Ross store.

Ross is one of my favorite stores and the associates are generally helpful however today was different. I was looking for a heating pad and when I asked an associate in the back of the store she said "can you walk up front and ask them because I'm new here" That is a very unprofessional reply. The correct response would have been "I'm not sure but let me find out for you"I am having a total knee replacement next month so walking up to the front of the store just to ask a question was not an option for me. Needless to say I got what I needed from the store next door. Management should have a discussion with this this employee. This happened at approximately 12:15 PM on October 27, 2023 and she was working the bedding department. I'm giving you this information so you can speak with her so this doesn't happen again. Thank you

The day before school start 8/9/23 and the store was quiet around 6pm. Overall, store was stocked with items. Was shopping for kids shoes ? expect it to be little low back school and the parents probably cleaned house over the weekend. Store was definitely clean and you can find what you are looking for. Jake was at the front at checkout and he was helpful and kind. Staff is available and walking around. Overall Highly recommend.

Great bargains and variety of products! $5 bathing suit separates occasionally, great deals on dressy dresses, casual wear, all kinds of ladies products, lotions, suntan, hats, men's clothes and products, home items, too! I don't know how they put so much into such a relatively small store! New items daily!
