My wife drove 45 minutes with our sick baby and paid the bridge toll to drop off a sample that they told her that she could drop off a few days prior. They refused to accept it because they were "too busy", and states she had to have an appointment. But it's just Friday and they close in 30 minutes.

not convenient, NO ONE answers the phone but the message doesnt tell you that, tells you to press certain buttons and sends you in a loop. you keep calling and no one answers and the message doesn't say 'hey dope, we're not going to answer the phone' you are forced to make an appointment on line but then they didn't have the appointment when I got there. you guys suck at getting customers in

Was in and out in less than 10 minutes (from my appointment time) .
I arrived 15 minutes early, checked in, had a seat. Was called back about 2 minutes before my scheduled appointment, heading out the door 10 minutes later.

The location is very convenient, and staff is nice. However, there is no human interaction until you sit down to get blood drawn. If you have a question before that you are out of luck. I hate watching the old folks struggle with the kiosk, someone in the waiting room steps up to help them.

Other than the fact I had a scheduled appointment and they ran over 30 minutes late I was extremely satisfied. I went in for a routine blood draw. Whitney was the best! Very kind, knowledgeable, efficient, and very good at what she does.
