Was in and out in less than 10 minutes (from my appointment time) .
I arrived 15 minutes early, checked in, had a seat. Was called back about 2 minutes before my scheduled appointment, heading out the door 10 minutes later.

The location is very convenient, and staff is nice. However, there is no human interaction until you sit down to get blood drawn. If you have a question before that you are out of luck. I hate watching the old folks struggle with the kiosk, someone in the waiting room steps up to help them.
