While we love our countertops and the men who installed were very professional and did a great job, the customer service in the store is not professional at all. Everything seemed great at first, but once they had my deposit and I had a question regarding when countertops were to be sealed, I was met with very rude text response. I was actually shocked ( very hard to shock me) but I remained calm and paid the remainder in person as soon as they were done installing. I was given what seemed to be a sincere apology regarding the rude texts. However two months later I did stop by to explain that there was a small area of stone protruding too far where the stove slides in (which could cause possible future damage) I had also mentioned this at time of paying the remainder. I was met with very snappy remarks and spoken down to. Once again highly unprofessional. I had come to simply see if there was anything possible to remedy the situation. I left on terms that they would remedy the situation and at that point I had my husband communicate with the provider. The provider had a much nicer demeanor with him but the miscommunication or lack of continued. The countertop was finally fixed and took them all of 20 min total. We weren’t sure why they didn’t fix it upon initial installation but it now seems fine. I had wanted to give them 5 stars originally but the professionalism lacked. I have never been spoken to like that and I would like to believe that when spending $5k it’s ok to ask about when the countertops would be sealed.

Did one job for me which turned out beautiful. Now I can't get them to set an appointment for a small bathroom job,no return calls or text messages. My best guess is to go elsewhere.

Way overpriced. They refused to give me a price breakdown. Very unprofessional. I'll take my business elsewhere.

We used Omega twice, once for our old home and once for our new home. They were very professional and did a phenomenal job. Highly recommend this great team!
