Took my car in for paint and body work.Took over a month to do a two week job.Came out with more damage then going in!Please! do your research before taking you vehicle here. Ask your dealership service department, or your insurance company where to take your car. USAA does not suggest using Niceville Paint & Body. I went to them cause I grew up in Niceville, I had used the over 15 years ago and they did a good job. Times have changed. Learn from my mistake and do not take you car there.

Less than 50 miles worth of towing $541 in charges. Complete rip off. Not much you can do since they have your car.

Needed to have two doors replaced on an insurance claim. The guys at Niceville Paint & Body were able to get my car (2018 Hyundai Accent) in the same day that I had an assessment done at a different shop. They kept up communication and had my car back to me the following week. It's been a few weeks and I can't even tell that there was work done on my car. They even cleaned out the inside of my car and bumped out a few door dings on the rear quarter panel for no extra charge.I'll definitely be going back here if I ever need body work done in the future. Happy to support this local business.

Josh was wonderful finding used parts in excellent condition to do my repairs. The business worked overtime to get my car ready before the weekend. They had mercy on me with price, I am sure anyone else will have charged at least $1,000 more. There is a year warranty on parts and 2 years on paint. They did a really nice job replacing doors and fixing quarter panel damage. Since they are a small business, determine payment before committing to work. They usually get paid by the insurance company, mine was not covered by insurance. There was confusion about method of payment, I wish we had talked payment before leaving the car. They do not take out of state checks, and they change over 5% on credit card payment. They did Venmo at no extra charge. I am very happy with their work and Josh is a sweetheart. :-)

They've worked on 2 of my vehicles and did an absolutely perfect job. Great customer service, they kept us up to date with the progress and texted the minute it was ready.

First, I would like to say I have never left a online review about a business or organization but my experience here was far from satisfactory. Initially, I felt this place was a great find(co worker recommended) considering I'm fairly new to the area. The staff was friendly and seemed to be knowledge about collision repair. The issue came toward the end when my truck was supposed to be finished. After two weeks of repair I was told Tuesday at noon my vehicle will be ready around 4pm. However, I received a call later saying that my vehicle won't be ready until tomorrow morning due to paint drying and settling(expected). So I decide to take off work and go in at 11am to be safe, just to find out it's still not ready(moldings not put on, tint not done, area not cleaned). So I am told to come back at 3pm because my window will need to be tinted to match the others. So I rearrange some other errands, and received a phone call around 4pm from Josh “hey man, your car is at the tint shop across the street, should be about 30 minsâ€. So at 530pm I decided to take my rental back to enterprise, and then head to the shop (knowing my truck will finally be ready). When I arrive Josh greats me with “hey man, I'm sorry but the tint shop was unable to get to your truck. You can take it by there tomorrow and they should get you finished upâ€. At this point irritation sets in, and from here I decided I will not longer do business nor recommend family or friends. Also if you read previous reviews you can see this is an ongoing issue. Honestly, I have never seen a place so inconsiderate of a customer's time. Also in regards to the actual repair it was average (haze, and a little orange peel) not bad but not great.
