AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! My nightmare lasted about 8 months from start to finish and was full of delays, lies, and poor work that ultimately put me in a dangerous situation driving my vehicle. I was hit by another driver - no airbags deployed and my car was not INITIALLY totaled. I was told my frame was not damaged. Over the course of the next 8 months I went through a series of 'repairs' that included front end work. They got my car back to 'drivable' condition but still had minor items to finish and had delays in parts and staff. I would arrange transportation to the shop and leave my car there while at work for the day only to find out on repeated basis that my car had not been touched. They even placed a grill on my car with a FLAKING chrome finish. I had to take it back and get a new grill. I was performing an oil change on my car and noted plastic engine cover and pieces under my car were broken with missing fasteners so I had pieces hanging partway down. Felt from the area near the engine compartment was wrapped around my front passenger axel. My front passenger tire had worn a hole in the wheel well. My hood was not lining up quite right and it appeared the front bumper assembly was torqued down too tight to force it together as the plastic was buckled. I was told my hood hinges were bent and that's why things were not lining up so they would replace them. After multiple visits to get that done, the hood was still not lined up. The list goes on .... Finally I moved it to another shop who provided me MULTIPLE photos of deficiencies in their work. Most concerning was that my hood catch was actually bent - NV Paint had kept my original hood claiming it was fine and just the hinges. I was told if I had hit the front end of my car on anything that my hood could have come off and either back through my windshield at me or at someone else. New shop also confirmed my main frame rail was over 1.28 inches bent/damaged 2 ways. My suspicion about this shop FORCING my car back together was correct. My car was totaled by the new shop within 2 days. Please do your research as the online reviews here were not accurate.

I highly recommend this shop! We had an unusual situation with our bumper and they did a great job at a fair price. They know what they are doing.

Highly recommend this business to anyone needing paint and body work to their vehicle. Wally, Curtis, and the rest of the crew made my car look brand new when they replaced the door. They were honest, professional, timely, and affordable. 5 stars!!!

Took my car in for paint and body work.Took over a month to do a two week job.Came out with more damage then going in!Please! do your research before taking you vehicle here. Ask your dealership service department, or your insurance company where to take your car. USAA does not suggest using Niceville Paint & Body. I went to them cause I grew up in Niceville, I had used the over 15 years ago and they did a good job. Times have changed. Learn from my mistake and do not take you car there.

Less than 50 miles worth of towing $541 in charges. Complete rip off. Not much you can do since they have your car.
