My pig had a surgery there a couple years ago that went very well.More recently I brought my chicken in there (it's hard to find a place to see a chicken), and everyone was very kind and we received great service. She had empathy for my chicken and I really appreciate that.

Great doc. She was able to get us when sooner than we could at our original vet (which was a month wait). They are busy- which is a great sign. She told us that she has been doing this for 39 years! Great service and we will be back.

This was BY FAR far the best vet experience I've had in FL. For three days this week, I've called every vet in the area (literally) to see if they would see my beloved, 4 year old bunny (who I thought was dying) - and every vet, consistently, and very rudely gave me zero direction, or a downright 'no' during one of the saddest days of my life. At least 6 vets insinuated that because he was a bunny, he didn't really matter.I felt really helpless, and even was trying home remedies JUST so he could be comfortable for the time being. He was NOT himself, so at that point, I just wanted him to feel peace. I could tell he had some grit left, but with no vet in the area willing to give me ANY kind of direction, I felt like I was at a dead end. Finally, I came across "Niceville Animal Clinic", and Dr. Jenny / the entire staff gave me the best Christmas present to date. They saw my bunny, Elvis, who just 24 hours prior was hardly able to lift his head, and accessed him/gave him antibiotics that I believe saved his life. I have a dog and a bunny, and I will be switching them both to this clinic ASAP. Their service and evident love for creatures is unmatched.

I called in the morning, and had an appointment early afternoon! My kudos to the entire staff, as they are cheerful, kind and loving to the patients & owners! They agree to see them when other clinics can’t. Dr. Jenny does the exam in a way that is not obvious to the scared pets. ? my pet had an infection that would have been delayed 4-5 days at my usual clinic. You all are HEROES in our book. Blessings!

Dr Jenny and her staff went over and above to help our sweet Jasmine. They were very patient and showed compassion for the decision that needed to be made. Thanks so much for guidance through this hard process.

Treated my 8 week puppy for parvo without even doing a parvo test (littermate had parvo, but our dog did not present symptoms at time of arrival). The treatment of heavy antibiotics caused enamel issues (protein signaling is affected during development, antibiotics given without reason can affect these pathways) in my dog. He is now 2 and has had thousands of dollars of dental repair caused by this. They also have terrible communication. We were told we could pick him up on Friday and the clinic stopped answering all calls until Monday. When picking up our puppy they tried to give us the wrong dog, which I find absurd as that dog had a collar with all of its details listed. Before dropping him off he was very sweet, after picking him up, he was extremely scared of women. Took lots of training to undo whatever happened here. I'm thinking they must hit the kennel doors if dogs make noise. Please take your pet anywhere else but here. Doctor tries to explain away egregious behavior- just look at the replies. Staff is rude to people, I cant imagine what happens to our pets behind closed doors here.

Dr. Jenny fit my new heart-worm positive rescue dog in on the same day as a new patient, because he was coughing up blood. He is now on the last leg of recovery from heart-worm treatment. Thank you Dr. Jenny for being there at our time of need and for saving our boy!!?❤️?
