Absolutely amazing service, the server/owner was great and helpful on giving advice for what I should get for my first electric guitar. He even helped me and taught me how to use a guitar pedal, best service I’ve ever received at a music store 5/5. Would highly recommend going to get music equipment here.

Owner is very kind and knowledgeable. Got a tuner, picks, and Kalimba. Prices are reasonable. This is the only store I've found with unique instruments in the area. Will go back again.

There's something for everyone at the Music Mart, Valparaiso Studios. I've really enjoyed playing in Tim's studio. It's awesome! I can honestly say Tim is the only quadriplegic that I know that sings like Neil Young, while playing bass guitar and harmonica. He's one of the best musicians I've ever been honored to play with. Tim really knows his stuff.

I made a visit to Niceville/ValP(my home town) a few years back to see Terrie & Dean(Chub), we met at the Studio. It was an experience I cherish & will never forget! Everyone there was awesome and made me feel like one of the local Family. Then Tim showed up, TIM YOU ROCK MY FRIEND!Stan E.

Concerning the post from the individual that give the 1 star Rating. Sorry if this one establishment did not cater to your individual needs. If you are so knowledgeable in the music industry you should have looked a little closer at the verity of used amps that I have noticed in the back of the store in the past. Used Valve amps, Example: Fender Baseman, Fender Princeton, Custom Hotrod Deluxe, Bogner, and have seen Marshall. I have personally purchased High end used equipment at Music Mart in the past. In My opinion The Music Mart is geared more for the beginner and Intermediate musician to allow individuals to afford to purchase decent equipment as they progress and enjoy the rewards of making music. FYI it takes a lot of cash to be a Vendor and keep inventory for the high end equipment that may or may not sale. I would suggest you go to a high end store if you are looking for something specific. One thing I have noticed is that the owner of The Music Mart is a great individual once you get to know him and will work with you to provide what you need at a fair cost just so you can spread the music. With that being said; yes items may not be commercially displayed like big box companies but there is a treasure trove of musical items if you look hard enough or ask and the owner can tell you exactly where to find it.

First off if you need some guitar picks and don’t want to drive to fort Walton then this place is great but as far as guitars and amps. They only have cheap no name guitars. Amp wise they carry old stuff. This guy does not carry amps that are decent, they carry Justin which is like buying an amp from radio shack. They do not carry Marshall or blackstar or box or Gibson or schecter or even Ibanez. If he would carry some of the major bands then he would get a lot of business especially since leitz just closed.don’t ask the dude any questions about the gear because he has no musical knowledge, he just wells the stuff, he does have some pedals but don’t expect to find anything decent like a boss pedal or any multi effect pedals. Honestly I think this place is nothing but a joke
