I love Mullins Auto Body. I want to thank Andrew with all my heart for taking the time to help me with a small problem!!! He was incredibly polite and professional. They have treated my family like family!!! Without a doubt they are the best auto body people in Northwest Florida. For the record my name is George and I belong to the Salinas family of Niceville. We use Mullins exclusively for any and every auto body issue. May God bless Mullins Auto Body!!! They are number 1.

I highly recommend Mullins Auto Body Shop. We were on vacation and had a window fall off track in our vehicle I called Mullins and they got us in within an hour. Unfortunately parts were not available to repair our window before we had to leave , but they raised the window and secured it for us!! At a very reasonable cost!!
I sat ,watched & listened to the interaction with vendors and customers and everyone was very knowledgeable and professional .
Allison, at the front office is very friendly and knowledgeable!! A+ rating from me!!

Hands down the best in the business. Mike and Amber are quality work and customer satisfaction driven. The entire time our vehicle was in for repairs they were in constant communication with us. We could not be happier with the outcome!

I would have to agree with all the post with the 4 star ratings.
My truck was hit and I brought it here and the experience was made much better because of the group of people at Mullins.
Friendly knowledgeable staff and stellar work.

I work for Porsche where we require a certain standard of work and within a timely manner. Mullins is the ONLY place we trust and have used for years. Mike and Amber who I know personally are fantastic people and have also done work for me personally. Hands down 10 our of 10 work and customer service. Recommend them to the highest degree. They work hard and even harder at making you happy!

I was in an accident, hit front and back. New car I had it for 3 weeks. Took it to Mullins and I can’t say enough of what an excellent job they did. Service was excellent, they called me weekly with updates, what more can you ask for. Once again thank you for everything.

I have used Mullins in the past, but NEVER again. I was in an accident, hit by a jacked up truck. Some damage but not enough to total my car. They put the claim in to total it. Over charged me and I took my car elsewhere, Niceville Paint and Body. It looks and drives like a NEW CAR ?.

Went in to get my front end repaired, they couldn't set my hood on properly and broke my right headlight. Left an email, no reply. Not calling, not coming back unless it's a last resort.

Andrew was such a big help!!! I was in and out within 10 min. My gear shift had a piece of plastic sticking in the way preventing the car from staying in shift. He removed said piece quickly and efficiently!!! My mom and I have been to Mullins 3/4 times before and they’ve always been amazing!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Mullins repaired my BMW over a year and a half ago after a hit and run accident. I realized something was off with the line between my bumper and trunk. Despite it being so long ago, they repaired and even replaced my entire bumper so it was perfect! Mullins is an ethical and honest auto body shop and they do the right thing for the customer.Service: Body & Trim

Andrew, Michael, and the rest of the staff are knowledgeable, personable, and conscientious.They did a perfect job on some repairs to my RAV4. But what impressed me equally as much was their willingness to go way beyond the call of duty. I had a paint issue with another vehicle stemming from some work I had done at another body shop. I wanted a second opinion. Andrew had his painter look at it for no charge and gave me his opinion. I should have had them do this paint job in the first place! I guarantee there wouldn’t have been any issues. I cannot recommend Mullins strongly enough for all your repair and body work needs.Services: Painting
