Called a few different times to inquire about doing a moneygram and they've said the same thing " our moneygram machine isn't working, you'll have to call the Blue Water location. Niceville, FL

The most unhelpful, insensitive pharmacy I've ever been to. I only went because my usual pharmacy was closed. Took almost three hours of phone calls on my end while I'm the lobby waiting for them just to get my prescription. Even the receptionist at my doctors office was pissed because she had verified several times it was sent. And we even made sure it was the right address. Finally got so fed up with the staff just shrugging and treating me like I was a nuisance (mind you in that time I only asked three times to see if they got it yet in the three hours I was waiting) that I left, got a physical copy of the prescription and brought it in myself. Even then they just seemed annoyed. It wasn't so much the wait or anything I minded. If they didn't receive the prescription they can't do their job. What I minded was the general uncaring and annoyed attitude of the staff. Go somewhere else.

Can I give this CVS 0 stars? Last two times I went in the place looks like a CVS after the zombie apocalypse. The shelves are barely stocked, the place is dirty, and you can't find anyone to help you. If you can't handle the small things, like keeping the place clean, how could I trust them with a prescription for my family? Went in today for a return and none of the employees were wearing masks.

I wish I could give them zero stars but it doesn't exist. Each and every time I get a prescription from CVS, they never fail to disappoint. They constantly screw something up in it usually involves a minimum of a 20 minute wait. With respect to Covid testing, they fail you just the same. I have been in line for over 45 minutes for my C19 test appointment and it has barely moved. There are no signs of life in the drive-through window either. They also state that it will take at least 2 to 3 days for test results when my parents went to their primary care doctor in Chicago and were given results within eight hours: PCR test results. CVS sucks!!!! They should not be allowed to offer Covid testing, which by the way is self administered. Go somewhere else even if it costs you money.

Don't go here for covid testing! My husband was told 2-3 days and it's been more than five 24 hour periods. It's a joke! Go to a doctor or urgent care.

I experienced customer service above and beyond by Chelsea. My medication for GERD increased in price to $220 ($2.20 per day) even though I have Rx Insurance. I informed the pharmacy staff that I would need to contact my doctor to switch to another medication even though this one worked wonderful due to the cost. After getting home I received a call from Chelsea at the CVS - Niceville Fl saying she found a coupon on line for my medicine which brought the cost down to $36!!! She didn't want me to go without it!! Bless her! She is a gem.
