One employee almost always refuses packages. No problem with all there other employees. I've even brought back the same package after being denied and a diffrent employee took it. His claims are package is too big. The package is this case was 17x12x10. Stated it will not fit its too big. I proceeded to put the box inside there storage cabinet and close door. He still maintained that it was too big. After seeing this he called another employee up and they Said it was fine. Brought in another package and his disqualifier his time was the item is too heavy. Package weighed in at 30lbs. He did not even ask what it weighed nor did he pick it up. But it was to heavy? I would not carr but this is the only FedEx drop in the city so I have to drive 30min to drop packages off because of this employee.

It is a nice facility. The young man helping me was knowledgeable but not very friendly. Owners should train employees to be more personable.

I was out of townMy neighbor put a note on my door saying she would sign for the delivery...driver never delivered it. Same story for day 2. Now it is being held at the Fed Ex facility and I have no way of picking it up! Not happy!

Do not put your packages in this drop box! My package has been sitting for 7 days! Drivers are suppose to pickup from this box everyday! I have reached out to customer service 3 times already and nothing has been resolved! They just tell me that it’s out of there hands until a driver picks it up. No way to get a number to dispatch or anyone that can help! And no way to recover my packages
