I had the best experience buying my first boat here. EVERY single person in this place was super friendly, informative and professional. Tony was the salesman and was great from beginning to end. Niceville is also a gem of a place. We enjoyed everything about our stay here.

My family had a phenomenal experience with Emerald Coast Marine! AnnaMarie helped us become members of the boat club. She was very knowable and answered all my questions. The club has a wide variety of boats for all activities. We loved cruising to crab island, fishing and seeing the dolphins. The dock crew was friendly and very patient and helpful with my docking. Our new puppy appreciated their pet friendly policy. I highly recommend Emerald Coast Marine because they really made out time on the water special.

Parts and service was extremely helpful. Had good conversation with both thr gentlemen at the counter, you just don't get that as much anymore. Couldn't find what I needed and they kept chugging along since Merc. Changes part numbers after 20 years. Finally found what kit the seal I needed came in, I was planning on buying the water pump kit anyway. It was a little more expensive than Amazon but I had it in my hands right away, they verified it AND they verified my troubleshooting as to why my lower unit most likely lost its gear oil. ⚙️ ?

Bought a 1 owner boat with 65 hours on it from Emerald Coast. The told me it was pristine with no damage history. I recently noticed that one of the hatches was screwed up. It looked like they installed the hatch from a different model boat. I called Sea pro and they informed me that the boat was damaged at the Dealer and repaired. Buyer beware

Looking for used or new boat go see Daniel Hall. Most impressive part is service after the sale. Came to my home to install a part that didn't arrive in time before we picked up our used boat, not new, but used boat. Who would do that? Jeff the sales manager solved some purchasing issues we had to get the boat a week sooner. Outstanding service!

Can't say enough nice things about this facility and the people who work there. We had the pleasure working with Leo who was dynamic in getting us set up with our new Beneteau boat. I highly recommend working with him. His professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for his customers make him top-notch!

Took our boat there in May 2022 for maintenance and repairs. They pulled the boat from the water and blocked it in their parking lot in a space that was approximately 10 feet to small. The boat extended over into incoming traffic in their customer parking lot. It was then struck by a truck and produced a huge gash in the bottom of our boat. Thankful that we have insurance that will cover the approximate 30k in repairs. Totally shocked that this business exists and not once did anyone associated with this business express any concern over this incident. In todays world a little grace and compassion can go a long way. Oh, as of today (November 15, 2022) the boat is still undergoing repairs because of their negligence. Please wake up and do your research and find reputable and responsible Marinas. They do exist just not here.

Never in my life would I ever buy a boat from this dealership!!! They sold me a boat that has been in the shop for repairs for over 1/3 if the time I have owned it!!! They are only interested in your Money and they Don't stand behind the boats they sell. The boat they sold me was a lemon, and they refuse to take it back when I asked for them to make the situation right. You plan to spend a few hundred thousand dollars on a boat, I recommend you go somewhere else. Their service department even ordered the wrong parts for me and I have had nothing but lost money and time on the water because of this dealership! If I could give them a ZERO or NO Stars for my rating I would. Absolutely go, NO RUN to another dealership now or you will be kicking yourself later that you didn't take this advice and wishing you had gone somewhere else! I guarantee it!

Didn’t have a good experience with the sales department.Tried to consign a boat through this marina and lost multiple sales due to lack of communication with potential buyers that could never seem to get a call back, and a sea trial going poorly because the salesman couldn’t turn on the electronics package properly.Moreover, I found out from the potential buyer, not even the marina, that it was an unsuccessful sea trial. Only to find out later that the electronics work perfectly (as expected) but this experienced salesman has evidently never used a touch screen Ray Marine GPS.Poor communication and unprofessional are putting it kindly.Never use this sales department.

These guys - Justin , Kelly, and team are amazing ! They made buying a boat super easy and delivered it to me . They helped facilitate getting parts quickly and got my merc 210 up and running again for me . A manufacturer mistake caused damage to my hydraulics and they were quick to get someone to come and fix . Making it before a beautiful weekend ! Thanks again !

We had our KW 263 FS designed and on order, with a delivery date of mid Sep 21. Due to COVID and its impact on current world situations, our boat delivery date kept sliding to the right; ultimately, arriving late Nov 21. Unfortunately, no motors accompanied the boat. After a lot of unknowns, the Yamaha motors finally showed about mid Dec. ECM technicians quickly installed, rigged and ops checked our boat. We went to pick up the boat 16 Dec. Not the best time to get a new toy for the water but nothing ECM was at fault for...Irregardless of all the drama involved while we waited for the boat, our Consultant at ECM (Annamarie Worrell) was nothing short of stellar in everything she did for us. From day 1 during our initial meeting and throughout the design for our boat, she always returned calls or called with updates; coordinated with other ECM personnel to answer my technical or maintenance related questions; ensured the products selected actually functioned together to get the best performance as a package; and no matter what, she was always upbeat with a friendly and positive attitude. It was an absolute pleasure for my wife and I to deal with her. She even stayed active after suffering from an unfortunate accident that limited her mobility. She was simply amazing across the board and this continued after we took delivery of the boat. She calls to make sure all is good with the boat and further ensure we knew that we could call with any questions or to have any of their specialists get in contact with us for any assistance with the technical side of the electronics installed on our boat.It doesn't get any better than that... Thanks to all the folks that assisted Annamarie with our boat design, planning and delivery, as you truly encapsulate the "one team - one fight" motto and prove that it holds true.V/r,Jim and Diane
