I had the best experience my yamaha r6 battery was dying literally limping my bike over to the store. Couldn't start back up in the lot. And ran in and asked for tools to take out my battery they gladly gave me the tools to borrow to take out my battery and even helped Me find the battery I needed I was so happy. John S. Thank you! He helped stick with me to find the battery on the shelf and found me the their tools I could borrow. This man was a true trooper. Autozone please be grateful for this awesome vet you hired. I sure am!

I needed new windshield wipers. One of the benefits of buying them here is that they will put them on for you. When the new wipers were put on, he noticed that they didn't fit correctly. He took them in refunding them and then replaced them with a correctly fitting ones.

I came in on Friday, 12/1, in desperate need of a new battery. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a nice woman at the counter. She helped me find the battery I needed and was very thorough in explaining the different types of batteries available for my car. She also got the process started to install it for me (I don’t know much about cars unfortunately). John came out to finish the installation. He was very quick and professional. I really appreciated both of their help. This store is top notch and I would definitely go back again.

Early morning Dr appointment in Niceville come out to start my truck and it will not turn over. Called Auto zone they come and jump my truck off. They will continually get our business from now on. Not every auto part place would do such a favor. Thank you again Auto Zone
