My wife and I needed to go to American Family care in Niceville Fl. today. My wife with an ear infection and inflamed throat and a bat cough . We both got to see Laurie Daigle PA-C. I’ve never been to a Physician that was more knowledgeable of diagnosis of problems. We both got two injections and two RX. Great experience. Starting to feel better even now.

We had such an amazing experience here. I can’t believe I’m even writing that for an urgent care visit. This place is clean and everyone is so friendly. They catered to our sick kiddo in such a kind and gentle way. This was the first visit he’s ever been to that he didn’t cry! He actually enjoyed being there! We were there for a while because we didn’t register ahead of time, but it was perfectly fine given the relaxed and clean environment. They were able to provide a diagnosis and treatment in-house due to the availability of X-ray and medications at this facility which was such a game changer with a toddler. The provider, nursing staff, receptionists and X-ray tech all modeled care and concern for our whole family. This place is really the example all other facilities should follow!! A truly, wonderful experience!

Very nice people they saw us quickly and the appointment paperwork online was fast and easy. The doctor was great with my son and got him checked out and ready to go fast. Highly recommend! Also if you setup the app they can make the next visit much easier with online checkin and appointment history. Overall great experience every time.
