Enjoy the prices and selection however I don't understand why hand baskets or self checkout isn't available. Wait times can be very poor, I've started going elsewhere because I refuse to wait for one (max 2) cashier while other employees are stocking the store.

First time going, seemed to have the essentials, I never have to go to Walmart , the whole checkout was a waste of time, could easily decrease the check out time by 28% if they had 1 person loading carts up with boxes, and pushing them to cashier, so customers can just go, confused me with the 2 extra load and unloading cart, and crowding the door. Slow and Smooth is fast,

I love ALDI’s I wish they have one in Fort Walton but this one is the best store in North Florida, has great products, organic, non GMO, is clean, well stock compared to other close locations, the fruit was fresh, In Fact I was surprised because I used to live in Virginia and the fresh products were not the best but not terrible either. I always love that aldi has a big variety of good stuffs and the prices are very affordable, I bought like 66 articles today and the total was 219 that’s amazing you don’t find that in others stores. Thanks Aldi for making my shopping easy I am a fateful costumer.

Great product, reasonably priced! Now Aldi is my first stop for grocery shopping. Make sure you bring your bags and a quarter for the shopping cart

Great place to buy inexpensive food to stock your fridge, prepare for a party, and make recipes you have been eager to try. I did notice that the meat, cheese, and olive selection is pretty big and could make a killer charcuterie board. ?

I'd give ALDI supermarket 3 stars. The location is decent, although it can be inconvenient when heading eastbound in Niceville. As for the supermarket experience, it's quite average and lacks any extraordinary features. Personally, I'm not a fan of the ALDI concept, including paying to unlock a shopping cart, buying grocery bags, and bagging your own items. This setup can be challenging, especially with two young children.

It has limited selection of brands but what they have is good. Their Breads are Top Notch. Easy place to grocery shop in a hurry.

I've been in here twice and both times I've walked out empty handed. I see nothing special about this place, what it has to offer, or their prices. Their meat selection is insanely small, I saw bugs on the lettuce, and frankly, I don't get the hype.

I love going to Aldi. They do put competition in for the other stores.I'm a fan of their German chocolate bc it's hard to ask ppl to bring some back ALDIs really remind me when I was in Europe. Glad to see they put signs up about the carts

Today was my 2nd visit to Aldi's, Niceville. I had a cart with a quarter in the slot when I went thru the checkout line. The people ahead me did NOT have a cart, but had their stuff in a shopping bag. The cashier (young girl with black glasses and shorts) I guess keeps a cart next to her, but didn't notice they only had a bag and nonchalantly put their items in HER cart and let them stroll away with it, not paying attention. I see the end of the counter empty, so I pull my cart in around the end and that cashier promptly demanded to know if this was 'my cart' (I really didn't understand what I was being asked because I didn't understand her system. Only my 2nd visit. ) I said 'it was. She then accused me of "taking her cart." I insisted it was mine and took my goods and it to the loading table. But if she'd just looked at the coin slot and seen my quarter, she would've known it was my cart rather then accosting me as a customer. It is not my fault you cashier wasn't paying attention and should not have accosted me.

I absolutely love the store and the values. The only thing is there is never enough Key Lime water. Fresh bread and milk. Thank you for opening the store in Crestview, Florida!!!

This new location was less crowded than I expected. The off brand products were a good comparison to the name brand I'm accustomed to purchasing. There were quite a few rude shoppers that cared less that I was in a motorized rider. The employees working on restocking were customer friendly and knowledgeable.

This was my first visit to Aldi. I knew to bring my own bags but was unaware of needing a quarter to use the shopping cart. For a small store, they had quite a variety of items, and the employees were pleasant.

I love Aldi's and their prices so by no means am I disappointed in the food but the pickup delivery has failed me miserably. I have had to cancel 5 different pickup orders on 5 different occasions because when the pickup order says "ready" nobody ever comes out to my car to bring it to me. I am disabled so I cannot go in and I've even caught a manager outside once and she assured me it's never happen again and gave me a $15 gift card but it's happened 3 more times since talking with her. They have no local phone line so you can't contact them and I even contacted corporate last week but still nothing has been done to fix the issue. I have to give up on Aldi's I think and it's unfortunate.
