Edit: i decided to go back in And get this item, to find out someone put it behind the counter when i called... and didn't tell anyone and the person i talked to in the store didn't ask anyone... just bad communication all the way around... but i just wanted to be transparent.. original: If i could give 0 i would.... i called up here and talked to 2 seperate ppl that both told me they had 2 of what i was looking for.... 15 mins b4 i got there... i called so i didnt waste a trip up here... wouldnt ya know i got here and they didnt have 2... and the one they had was on display for god knows how long and how many ppl knocked it over.. i asked someone and told them they said yall had 2... well sorry.. great customer service... lie to your customers or at least dont go look when they call so they waste an hr of their work day... fantastic service.. would recommend...

I have been going here for 20 years. You can't walk five feet without being helped. They have most everything you need. I always feel like I got the better deal when I walk away from this store, because even though I only paid the same price I would have at Homeless Despot for most things, the service and convenience of their staff is always an HUGE value added. I recognize the same faces I have seen for years, and take solace in knowing these pros are dedicated to their job. I hope they never change.

Rick was extremely helpful and even recommended someone to call for help with repairs around my house, last place I ever would have thought to check for butchers paper for my smoker but I’m glad they carry it in store. Could not have been happier with my visit, they saved my entire weekend. Will be going there often!

The The hardware miscellaneous parts trays and bins and bolts are wonderful. Can find what I need there Most of the time. Good selection of things you need to finish projects. A lot of stuff packed into a little store..
