This Walgreens pharmacy location is phenomenal! The drive-through is extremely convenient. I do all my service requests through the app and never have any issues with my prescriptions. The service is also very fast—I'm able to pick up most items by the following business day.

Terrible customer service. No since of urgency to help patients with appointments. I had scheduled a vaccination appointment at 12:30. I arrived 10 minutes early to check in. I was told someone would be with me shortly. I was the only patient waiting. I sat and watched everyone behind the counterworking. Staff was busy helping at drive thru, stocking shelves and filling prescriptions. They seemed oblivious to the fact I was waiting. I waited until 12:50 to ask how much longer, as I had a 12:30 appointment. I was told just give them a few more minutes. Finally, at 1:05 someone came out to give me my vaccination. I will not be back to Walgreens for any other vaccinations. .

I was told my medicine would be ready today. It wasn’t nor was it at this pharmacy. It’s on Tower road, I asked if it’s ready there? “I have no idea”, she says. Can she check? Of course not! I have to call myself and wait another 15 minutes for someone to finally answer. Then guess what? Not ready till Monday! Why didn’t they text me with that info?? They have my number. This literally happens every time. Use Wise’s and out these jerks out of business.

Love Walgreens ❤️ They always seem to have things the other stores don't carry. And the store is exceptionally clean and organized. Also the staff is friendly and eager to help

Although the service is slow at this location and the communication is horrible however they get 3 start because Kim the employee that services the driver through is wonderful , very pleasant and goes out of her way to help . Thank you Kim .

The store is clean so that’s why I give 2 stars. The customer service is not good. I stood in line and watched the cashier engage in conversation with the two people ahead of me, but when I got to the register DAKOTA was dead silent. She didn’t ask how I was or if I wanted to use walgreen rewards like she did for the previous customers. I would really hate to bring skin color into this but that was the only difference between the previous customers and I. I really hope they retrain Dakota because she needs it.

Perfectly normal drugstore that sits in a very convenient location but manages to have very inconvenient hours. I would suggest just moving on up to a 5 PM closing like banks to maximize the inconvenience level.

Not helpful and not knowledgeable on medication. The pharmacy is rude and does not care about there customers. I have been waiting 3wks for medication and talked to 4 different people. Even the manger does not seem to care if you get your medicine. Go to CVS!

I am giving them one star because this is the only way I can write this review. The customer service in this pharmacy is probably the worst in the state. Just like most of the reviews on here, their service is very very poor, uncaring, unknowledgeable, provides wrong information, unprofessional, and the list goes on. I do not recommend this store location. Do not go here and send your prescription elsewhere!!!

I am only rating them due to 2 reasons; Simple covid tastings and awesome photo services. Their covid 19 testing is simple and easy. Easy swab and test results. You don’t have to go through extra steps like stupid CVS to just book an appointment alone. Sometimes I don’t have to wait a full day for results. Sometimes it’s in a few hours. Their photo area and service is great. Never really have problems or have to wait too long if there’s a line. Come here for covid testings.
