I am crazy about my pets, so finding a new vet clinic when I first moved to Gainesville was very stressful. Thankfully, I was fortunate to have found this clinic.
Dr. Claire Stevens has been fantastic. She was informative, honest, and always fun to talk to. When she felt uncomfortable to treat something, she always referred me to a specialist immediately, so my pets could get treatment ASAP. She answers all of my questions, and has been quick to respond. She was also upfront about all costs. I moved from CA, so the prices at WEAH were cheaper (than CA prices) for which I am very thankful (haha). I have always received excellent care from her and the hospital team for my 5 furbabies. If you are new to the area, I strongly recommend her.
Now that I have moved across the country, I am again anxious to establish a connection to a new vet clinic, but I hope my new vet team will be just as amazing as WEAH.”

When she first stayed there, I got pictures describing her stay there and for an additional cost you can continue to do this for other stays. “I am super impressed by the office staff and Dr. Lacher! I heard her on a podcast and reached out to her because of her knowledge. I am in Texas and she is in Florida. BUT she got in touch with me, we had a "telemedicine" appointment and she helped me so very much with my horse, her food intake and laminitis questions. I wish I lived in Dr. Lacher's town!!! Then my horse and I could visit with her in person. Best Horse Vet appointment I've ever had!”
