Really disappointed in my experience so far. I've had to request maintenance several times for the same issues. Toilet in the primary bathroom still leaks so I just don't use it. I was assigned two different parking spots that were already reserved by other tenants. A package of mine was stolen out of the locked overflow/bulk mailroom. Front office said they reviewed the video footage but saw nothing. It was a rolled up rug in a clear plastic bag but yet they saw nothing. I've canceled my parcel pending account and now have all packages delivered to a relatives house. At this point, my apartment is just a place to sleep until my lease is up and I can move. I can pay less to live somewhere else and not have this many issues.

It is really best community in Gainesville even Florida. Manger and staffs are so kind.
They are professional. Maintenance was so quick. Club house is always clean and other amenities are also well managed.
My friends who visited apartment said that it is really good community :)
It is really memorable experience to live this apartment.

My family and I throughly enjoy living at The Tioga Flats. In addition to the beautiful units, the staff is amazing. The members of the leasing staff are consistently friendly and attentive. Anytime I've had a question or an issue, they have responded quickly, and I've always felt satisfied by the resolution. The members of maintenance staff are equally helpful. I've had few requests, but those I've made have been addressed and repaired quickly. Furthermore, the amenities are wonderful. The pool is absolutely beautiful, and it's so much fun to enjoy the pool table and coffee machine (which also makes a mean hot chocolate, much to my kid's delight) in the clubhouse. Finally, you can't beat the location. We love popping downstairs to grab dinner or ice cream at one of the Tioga Town Center restaurants. I would enthusiastically recommend The Flats to anyone who's interested.

So far, this is the best place I've lived in the Gainesville area! The office staff is friendly and helpful, the maintenance staff have been great and the grounds are well kept. The Tioga area is a great location and the residents here are considerate and friendly. There is no way an apartment complex can be perfect but this has been a much better experience than I've had in the past!

Best apartments in the Gainesville area, hands down! Great amenities with an array of Tioga shopping & dining options all around. Common areas are always kept clean and maintained very well. Sarah, Corin and the rest of the staff are all so kind and helpful. Living here is a pleasure!

Every moment with The Flats at Tioga Town Center Apartments was a memory. It is living a vacation everyday.
The office are professional and friendly, like a 5 star hotel. Corin, Sarah and Andrea is the kindest people you can meet in Newberry. Welcoming us with a smile.
The club house is very beautiful makes me feel like I am in a resort in a beach front.
Overall, I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
Thank you for all the good memories for me and my family.

Very friendly & helpful staff. Grounds are well maintained. People are friendly in this neighborhood. Convenience of the location is hard to beat. Units cosmetically are a good combination of modern contemporary along with some traditional influences mixed it. That translates to cosmetically appealing units. Pet friendly neighborhood. Amenities exceed expectations.
